      I purchased a blow up tent on mavigagets website through facebooks market place beginning of fall. It never arrived, the add disappeared about a week after making the purchase. When I paid for the item the bank confirmed they took out the money. They never gave me a confirmation email ever. Then this pops up a email asking me to shop with them again. I was afraid to send contact through this email because I didn't want them to do anything else scanless like removing my info or anything. While the add was up I was able to check the status of my tent. But when that at went down I couldn't find the company anymore. They are still selling stuff to people. I've looked up this same tent after that and realized it was much more expensive then they was selling it and I would have been sceptical to even purchase expect that was my first time seeing it. It was also the first and last time I ever shopped on marketplace again. Please help this company stop stealing from people thank you.

      I ordered some leggings from this company. After I received them, I realized they are way too small. Their website says to email them at ******************************** to begin the return process, so I did that. They responded immediately asking what the issue was. After my response about the size, they ask for pictures of the leggings with the tag on the leggings visible. I took pictures and sent them, but there was no tag on the inside of the garment to photograph. I explained this and sent the pictures, but they stopped responding. I emailed them again asking for a return label but there still has not been a response. Their return policy states that returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, but I don't think that's possible as it has been 3 days now. I don't know how I'm supposed to return this order, and their process is not straightforward at all, and seems to be setup intentionally so.

      it seems like we received your email today and you received the product 3 days ago. Your return process starts once we receive your email. So even if your claim takes more than 7 days, the process starts the moment you contact us. 

      Our response time is ***** hours. Even tho it might take up to 48 hours in some cases. We will process your claim as it should be. We are a marketplace and we wait for the seller to respond to the claim and get back to you with a proper answer so it can resolve it as soon as possible.

      Nothing has been set up intentionally to make the process harder for our customers. It is a normal process. It seems like you emailed us today around 11 am CST. So please be patient as we work on your claim with the seller to ensure everyone is happy. We will respond to you in a timely manner.

      Hello, I meant to respond to this (case ID # ********- *********************** but it slipped my mind. 

      I've been emailing back and forth with the company and it's been a few weeks now. They have told me multiple times that they're still working on it. So, I'm not satisfied with the result of my case and if like some further resolution. Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

       

      I apologize to Mavigadot if I behaved impatiently. I have been scammed out of things in the past from phony companies, and I'm somewhat hyper-vigilant at times. Thank you for the refund. I thought it took an unusual amount of time, and thats why i was concerned.
