    Accidentally placed an duplicate order so I was charged twice. I called immediately and let them know I accidentally submitted twice. I was told one of the orders would be canceled out and I would be refunded, but it could take up to 20 days before it would appear back in my account. It's now been 2 months and after reaching out several times, I was told the refund was processed a week ago. It STILL has not been credited back to me. After being on hold for an hour and then being disconnected. I reached out to my bank today and I'm disputing the charge. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Avoid these people at all costs!!!

    I mistakenly applied for my passport renewal on Passsports Easy site 9/17/24. Upon recognition of my mistake, I immediately contacted them to cancel the order & request a refund of the $234.00 fee. Passports Easy informed me that I signed the contract, that they would not refund the entire fee. They reported I would be charged a $50.00 service fee; and, that $184.00 would be refunded. I requested a confirmation number of this transaction which they provided me (S7889758). Should say Passports Easy phone representatives were foreign, rude & unprofessional. As of this date (11/5/24), I have not received a refund. Phone calls to Passports Easy go unanswered. This is definitely a SCAM site and should be avoided by ALL!

    They are a scam. Do not use. I could see after ordering they would not be able to process my passport. On the same day I asked for a refund. They told me it would take 5 to 6 weeks for the refund. 2 1/2 months that passed and now their phone lines are busy. $644 down the drain.

    Not even one star but I had to put a star to leave a review. They are a scam do not order anything from PASSPORT EASY, believe me, NOTHING is easy with it. BBB was notified.

    I agree with the reviews. They charged me $495 for an expedited passport. I realized my mistake and called to cancel and was told I was not able to cancel even though it was within the cancellation period. When I called back to check on when my passport would be delivered they informed me I had cancelled my application. I said they had charged my credit card and they said I didnt didnt follow through with cancellation process. They give you a run around. This company is a scam.

    As noted in these reviews, I have become the latest victim of the 3 Day Refund Policy. I cancelled my June 3 application for a passport renewal, received written confirmation with a reference number that I complied with their Refund Policy and was informed in writing in June 7 that I would receive a $184 refund ($234 was full charge) in the next Amex billing cycle. After several follow-ups to inquire about the refund status (the 1st 2 **** confirmed the refund) , I was just informed (almost 4 months later) that the 2 service **** had misrepresented the companys policy, the refund of $184 was not a guarantee and I would receive NO REFUND per their Refund Policy. Passports Easy is not a credible business!

    They appear to be a valid passport expediting company, but they charged me $234 without any explanation. I cancelled within the day and got an email that they would refund my money within one billing cycle. When I phoned, they said it would be a month after they had sent me the email. I just waited and phoned and they still haven't issued the refund. They said they would do it right away, but still nothing. I am going to protest with my credit card company. They are basically scammers.

    Placed order and realized I didnt need them to renew passport. Canceled order on same day. They said they would refund part of charge $184. Refund never processed. Many phone calls. No refund

    I had the same problem as everybody else. I thought I was working with the government and it was a total scam. I couldnt cancel my order because I sat on hold the first time or The phone system would disconnect my call even though I tried every single option in the phone system. Apparently you have to cancel within three days or you dont get your money back, and even when you do they. S**** these guys. Do not use them
