      This is the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYUNG TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR OVER 6 WEEKS. NO ONE RESPONDS AND FOLLOWS UP. WHO SENDS CHECKS VIA **** WITHOUT TRACKING IT OR PRIORITY. PLS IS CHEAP AND DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS

      This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life and prompted me to close my account they are rude crude and half of them can't speak proper English with a dialects you can barely understand

      I purchased something almost a month ago never received it put in a dispute and they are literally telling me I have to wait 3 months to get my money back so Im out of my packages and the money this is crazy

      pls or expectations are the worst how does someone keep stealing money from my card by making unauthorized transactions sinday ****** was swiped off my card in ** at a ******* I called customer service to tell them it wasn't me and now they're saying the transaction didn't go through so if it didn't go through than where is my money why do I have to talk to a dispute department that's only gonna tell me I have up to 90 days to get a response why is there no security protocol when transactions are made once my money is returned I will never use this service again people please beware of pls

      Terrible fraud resolution. I was a victim of money order fraud and their systems are smart enough to detect it but something in their processes takes a long time to process my refund. I will no longer be doing any business here and advise anyone especially if youre looking for money orders to look elsewhere. Theyre free but if this fraud happens you have to wait at the least(ongoing) a month to get anyone to tell you anything. Still waiting and might just look at the post office that charges for money orders but at least they have a tracker online. You have to go into the store or call a number to check your money orders status and the workers cant do anything to really help you but have you fill out a form and that wont speed anything up either.

      PLS and their customer service is horrible do not go there they are sorry they don't give a **** about nothing it's like being in a third world country going in there.

      I've cashed literally hundreds of checks from the same company at various PLS locations, and of various amounts. I've also cashed many other checks from side jobs. Nothing has ever bounced, no check ever disputed. PLS has made plenty off me. Today, I go in there with my check from the above mentioned company and suddenly an employee there starts questioning me about what the check is for, why am I cashing it, like some detective and I'm some sort of criminal. Rotten service. I took my check back and decided I'll never do business there again. I'll just mobile deposit them in my checking account. Plus half the time I go in there half the employees aren't doing anything and there's long lines.
