I first contacted Malman Law when I was involved in a vehicular accident in December of 2021. This was of course an easy process and a friendly Firm was very motivated to help a client. This led to being sent to a Physician to evaluate my condition and the amount of damage I sustained from this accident. I was then placed in physical therapy from 12/10/2021 - 1/13/2022. This has ended ever since and the case was thrown out via police immunity. This occurred on Aug 11th, 2021. I was under the impression that if there was no settlement I was not going to be billed. So I waited for the bill from the Physician but nothing came (as of I write this on 12/10/22). So I am confused about why am I being charged from PT.

************************ retained my firm on December 7, 2021, for automobile
accident he was involved in. On August 11, 2022, we decided to withdraw from representation. There are no charges for attorney fees or any expenses. ************************ received medical treatment from Athletico for his injuries. They have agreed to waive the bill against him and not seek reimbursement from him directly. We are awaiting written confirmation from Athletico of the waiver and we will send it to ************************ upon receipt of same. All of the above has been relayed to ************************ myself. Please contact me if you have any further questions.

    Thank you, Steven J. Malman
