    The ************ location has been apathetic to all classes being booked out every day and my class pack expires after only a few weeks of purchasing. The only available classes are the extremes of 5am or 8pm. My wife also has an unlimited membership ($200+/mo) that is impossible to justify the cost for considering they have drastically overbooked their memberships for a single location with limited classes and spots. SolidCore needs to open another location in ************ at the very least to allow their paying members to actually be able to get into classes. All attempts at refunds or extensions have been refused.

    I have a membership at solidcore that is around $230 per month. This is an extremely high intensity and fast paced class structure. It's set up like a boot camp with zero rests on a machine going very fast for 50 minutes straight. It is the HOT summer months right now, and inside of the studio it is way hotter than outside. I am surprised someone hasn't had a heat stroke already. They had an issue with their air conditioning not working at all last week, to which there was a repairman literally in the studio working on it while the classes were going on as usual, and I walked out before even checking in for the class. This week I go into class and yet again the air is not working and only fans placed on the floor are going. I know they will not only charge me for this class but also charge a fee if I leave, which is unacceptable. I text the studio (they NEVER and I mean never ever answer calls and the voicemail is always full) and the studio texts back the next day naysaying everything I was reporting and saying they "confirmed the air conditioning was working yesterday" when it absolutely WAS NOT. This is just one of many issues I've had with this studio-- I attempted to upgrade my account about 9 months ago and could not do it online or through the app, so I went in person to ask. I asked the ** of the location, ****, IN PERSON 2 weeks before my current membership auto renewed and she did not upgrade me. I called and left a voicemail and was never called back. I attempted to call for 3 days in a row and the voicemail was full all of those times. I went in again in person and asked again 2 more times and no one knew how. They said someone would reach out and no one did. 2 weeks later my original plan auto renewed, and I text the studio asking if they wanted money or not? It was only at that time that someone upgraded me. On one occasion a coach started 5min late and ended 10min early because there "weren't enough people." I have the screenshots.
