  This company is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They show no remorse or respect for anyone, especially those struggling. They believe they can intimidate people by threatening lawsuits over a measly amount of money. They waste taxpayers resources simply serving papers for a three-digit sum. Their lack of proper business etiquette, disrespect, and treatment of employees like dogs are unacceptable. They think they can treat people unfairly, rudely, and intimidate them because they believe people owe them money. Instead of focusing on the wealthy taking from the poor, this company should be shut down or managed by someone with better business sense and respect. Even with court documents, no one would want to deal with such a crappy company. These employees dont know us to be rude and disrespectful, but their behavior is ugly and distasteful. I am also being charged an amount over of what I owed.

  They have the wrong United Processing. They want United Processing, LLC based in *******. We are not a collection company, they owe us nothing. I get around 10 calls a month with debtors yelling at me. I have been hired to locate them (the correct company) and I am unable to do so. I am a detective agency and we work for insurance companies and law firms. The United Processing, LLC calls from numbers you can not call back. The incorrect United calls and threatens these debtors and then garnishes their wages. I am not the correct company. I have been contacted by numerous Attorney Generals and ****************** and I am always exonerated. Wish I had a different company name.

  May 9, 2008  United Processing Service called my mother-in-law yesterday, looking for my wife. Wife now has my last name but they had her maiden name, told mother-in-law she should contact them immediately or 'she will be served a summons'.

  Greetings all,
  
  About 30 minutes ago, I received a threatening phone call from United Processing out of ************, **. They said they have a court case filed with my county's ********* about a bad check I wrote to ********* for $400 dollars back in May. They are asking $1050 to terminate this case. They gave me only 1 hour to pay back the full amount thru MoneyGram. ********* is a local storefront who actually filed a civil case for $550 of which I did not contest. They said someone from the ******************** will be coming to my home or work to either arrest me or more paperwork. Has anyone been arrested for this scenario? What should I do? I am now very worried.
