Great experience! ******* was the agent who helped me look at the different **** locations and I ended up moving into the 445 W ********** location. Fadilla and ****** were extremely helpful with the move in and I've been loving the location so far! Highly recommend this working with this companyBeal Properties

I want to send my compliments to **** Rental Properties for the team they have working in the field. **** was efficient and helpful from the administration side of the business. *********************, Building Engineer, was so kind to my daughter ***** and me. This was *****'s first apartment and ***** went out of his way being helpful and ensuring she was safe. The **** apartment property in Lakeview is the best rental experience I've had in *******. The location, floor plan, and amenities are all great, but what sets **** apart is their exceptional team members who are always there to address any questions or concerns. *****, the lease processing coordinator, recently helped me add a roommate to my lease agreement with efficiency and professionalism. She promptly responded to my email questions with a r respectful and courteous demeanor. What's. more, she listened to my concerns, explained the process, and worked with me until the task was successfully completed. The building engineer, *****, has also been a reliable and friendly resource for the past 4 years, ensuring my apartment stays in working order. But that's not all! The beautifully maintained landscape is a visual pleasure thanks to ***** and his team. Despite his busy schedule, ***** always responds promptly to requests for repairs. I highly recommend Beal properties to anyone in need of a reliable and caring team.Beal Properties

I found these apartments, thinking it was a good deal for the price, but the building really is not that great. The only person that will respond to you is the building manager, not the **************************. Our washers and dryers have been down for awhile and I get in our lease they are not liable for anything happening to the laundry room, but when tenants are emailing you with questions and concerns and nobody responds, it gets very frustrating. Not to mention they increased the price of laundry when the machines don't even work half the time. There's also definitely mold growing in the room. The units are claimed to be "updated," but there are things you notice, like broken drawers and odd placement of drawers, make you think they quickly did renovations with no attention just to get them rented out faster. I have met multiple people in the building who are not happy with ****, which I think speaks volumes itself. This company clearly does not care about tenants, like most of these bigger apartment management companies. As long as they are getting their money, while increasing rent by ridiculous numbers, they won't care about their tenants. To anyone reading this, if you are to rent an apartment, try to find someone who owns the unit, rather than an apartment management.Beal Properties

As a quick update, I can confirm that the laundry company that operates the laundry room in the building is upgrading all the laundry machines to new card readers within the upcoming weeks. Our office sent a notice to the building regarding this. We sincerely apologize if you missed that email. Beal Properties is the actual and only property management company that manages your property. There is no other company. Your building manager works for Beal Properties. When you communicate with your building manager, you are communicating with Beal Properties. Your property manager has reached out to you directly to see if there is anything else we can do to ensure your complete and total satisfaction. 1 starTry to ask a staff member for help at my apartment, both run away fast. FYI I was going to give them a key I made a copy. Maintenance work still didn't fix my door since last year in January. Doors in hallways should be replaced. It's been cold for almost three days with no heat on. Fried your lazy, cheap, uneducated staff.Review fromMaggie C

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have not even lived in my building for a year, and Im already looking for other places to live. For starters, I couldnt take off work the day my boyfriend and I were supposed to pick up the keys and move in. Despite both our names being on the lease, we only received one set of keys that cannot be duplicated. We had to plan who was going to work and who was taking the keys until I was finally able to get ahold of the building engineer for a second set of keys. After being here for about a month, I noticed that both our bikes in the common room were stolen and I was told to file a police report and that was it. There are only cameras at the front of the building, so nothing could be done. Once the hot summer came, I noticed an abundance of cockroaches within the building that I took pictures of. The very next day the dead bugs would be gone, only for more to appear within the next few days. On top of that, the laundry room is awful. Again, there are no cameras and I have had other tenants mess with our laundry too many times. Then when the machines were changed from quarters to card readers, we experienced an inability to do laundry because the card reader couldnt connect to the server. This all happened during the busy holiday season and I had no clean clothes for about 2-3 weeks. Now its time for me to renew my lease. I had an abundance of questions but didnt know who to ask. I reached out to multiple people and no response. Finally, I looked for other emails at my disposal and find a general lease email that I could respond too. Upon doing so, and explaining my frustration, I was met with a very snarky and almost insulting email stating that there was no prior communication from my boyfriend and I with them and I shouldve known to contact them about questions with my lease renewal. Of course, there were no prior messages because I had not tried that email yet, and also, no one informed us who to talk too about our lease renewal.Beal Properties

We completely agree that moving into a new building should be as stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, our building engineer at the time was not performing up to our usual standards and we do take responsibility for that. We have since hired a new engineer with years of experience and we have been very happy with the results. ****** will be following up with you directly to discuss any questions or concerns you still have. 1 starI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY TO LIVE HERE. If there was negative 100 star Id give it without hesitation.1) my car got vandalized in their paid parking($200 a month) they dont have cameras there and not responsible for ANYTHING. Since my car insurance didnt cover vandalism I had to pay out of my pocket $900 and asked management if at least they could give me 1 month free parking. Of course answer is no, they love their money and being not responsible for anything and not even installing a single camera in parking lot.2) couple times on my assigned parking spot someone illegally parked and they dont let you call towing company to tow it away, only office can do it on weekdays 9am-5pm. And guess what, when you arrive at 2 am in your house you cant sleep in your bed. Youll have to sleep in the car since you dont want your car towed away. So get some pillows and blankets in the car.3) right now 2 months left till my lease ends and they bothering me and my family showing my apartment to possible new tenants TWICE A WEEK. This is the worst experience in my life, would never recommend anyone to live here.
