They rented me a 1 bedroom apartment for $1200 a month but I can't sleep in it because the ACs directly above the bedroom make way too much noise. No sane person could ever possibly sleep here and there's no way they didn't know that. They refuse to resolve this or communicate. I have to sleep on the couch of my own house which is causing unrest and general poor health. I have a documented disability that requires me to have calm, reasonable levels of noise and not the mechanical growl at 50 db that I deal with every. Single. Night. All attempts at contact with Madhern go ignored. Outright disgrace of a company and sickening human beings.

I currently live at Fringe on 61st a property located in ******** *******. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. There is no on site management and you can only contact them by which the rarely answer or email. I have sent an email almost every day for the last three months about the noise disturbance from my neighbors. Management has yet to do anything or even speak to them. Ive had to call the police multiple times due to the noise. Yet again management has done nothing. I have lived at this property prior to Madhern purchasing, and it truly taken a turn for the worse. With noise disturbance, rude nasty neighbors, maintenance rehabbing units at 6am in the morning, lack of communication with management it has become unbearable.

I have lived at the Willow ********** for the last year and have been a perfect tenant- no late rent, no complaints from neighbors. In the last six months the company Madhern, LLC. have taken over the apartments. They raised the rent $450 so I did not renew my lease. My lease is up this September 15th, in two weeks. They are trying to charge me a full months rent for this month of September, so I have been trying to contact them to see what can be done about this. I should only have to pay half the months rent. I have called 8 times and left four voicemails. There is only one phone number on their website and they have not picked up the phone once and will not call me back. I have also emailed them with the only email I could find with also, no email back. I have been kind on voicemails and in email. Unfortunately, this is a financial hardship for me because I have to pay move in costs at a new place because they raised rent so much I cannot stay there. Now, I should not have to pay for the fifteen days that I will not be living there. I am asking for help from the BBB to help me contact this company and get them to contact me, and resolve this problem of making me pay this much rent. Thank you so much.***********************************

    Good afternoon,

This email is in response to Consumer Complaint # ********

We have looked into this complaint from our tenant, *********************************** who resides at ********************* in Apt # *** that we, MadHern LLC, manage. Upon review of her lease agreement, we saw that her lease expires on 9/30/2022, not 9/15/2022. Per her lease agreement, Rent shall be paid in full. She was not prorated as this is a whole month of rent. We have attached her lease agreement as documented proof it indeed ends on 9/30/2022, not 9/15/2022.

    Thank you,

    ***********************
