  Absolutely amazing program!! ********************** and ***** are wonderful! I would suggest this to my dearest family and friends. Everyone I was in the program with all said this was the only rehab theyve ever been to that really cared about the people and I must say I truly agree. They really get to the meat of it as ***** would say and they attack the core issues of trauma that lead many of us to addiction in the first place. I cant say enough great things about this place I could literally go on and on and on. We even went hiked the *************************** among many other activities. Their detox house is awesome with an actual private chef their sober living houses are nice I loved the pool! And the *** groups were so informative I made ***** promise to still send me the writing prompts even after I left. Proud alumni I cant wait to go back for special alumni events. Truly amazing place I really miss it and didnt even want to leave they are very understanding of every unique persons life and situations. This is literally the best place anyone could hope to go to and the success rate is above average over other rehabs. ***** emdr therapy sessions for ptsd are truly life changing and I still use the tools Ive learned there in everyday life. ******** is a very hands on Counselor who you can tell truly invests in her clients and I got very close with her while I was there. I miss them all very much. *** and ***** are the owners and they truly care for the patients too you know when your there they are not in it for the money they are in it because they actually care about us and want to make a difference. LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!

  This LLC scheduled at tasting at the liquor store that I manage, then completely ghosted us afterwards. I called, emailed, and even texted the personal cell number I was given. They completely ignored every attempt at communication and were of course a no-show on the day of our scheduled tasting. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Unfortunaley this is going to result in us no longer deciding to do business with the brands they represent. I'm even considering reaching out directly to the distillery we agreed to taste with if I'm not given a response in the next week. They deserve to know that they are paying this company to essentially do nothing.

  They have stolen about ****** dollars on bogus charges. Had invoices that had nothing to do with our association. Stay far away from them.

  **************: We are unaware of any discrepancies with the association's account. ************** asked to speak with me last year. I made multiple calls and left voice mails but he never returned my call. The dispute resolution process is defined under the terms of the association contract. There is a contractual system in place to dispute any charges. At this juncture, we are unaware of any dispute. If the association has a dispute or question, they only need to contact us and we will work with them to resolve the issue. Sincerely, ************************* ****
