    I am at the ********* location Highlands at ****************. Similar to the reviews I have seen here, I have had the **** system go out 3 times. I put in a request over a week ago with no resolution. I am being given the run around and lies regarding the issue and when this can be fixed. The office never answers phone calls much less emails. The new manager is not effective and is mainly concerned with resident events, not the important stuff like livability. Someone needs to sue this company,

    Worst management company to ever own a set of apartments. Porter Westside is the apartment complex I stay at and the office is horrible. My apartment AC has gone out 3 times. No one in the office answers the phone ever. Truly horrible.

    The Waterford property that is part of the Style Residential company completely messed up our application and they have had many opportunities to fix it over the past 3+Weeks. They still have $600 of my money with no results. Can't wait to see how long it will take to get my $600 back.

    Extreme danger to health and living conditions. I signed a lease on 6/28/2024. Yes a month. Upon walk thru a list of serious issues were listed and said it would be addressed by ************** leasing staff. This included light fixtures, exposed electrical wiring, fire monitors missing, washer/dryer that comes with lease never delivered. After move in the a/c went out, plumbing doesnt work, mast bath ceiling leaks with rain and trying to flush the toilet, cockaroaches and now ive been suffering with breathing due to the mold issues from the leak of AC onto the floor. The a/c duct has holes in it. They claim they couldn't get into the apartment bc their key didnt work, Pest was inside on 7/23/2024. I have submitted several service requests, made calls and sent emails. They are a bunch of liars and dont care about humanity. I have contacted all ***** authorities and fire marshal inspectors. Soon I will be contacting the news. I work hard for my income. If I have to pay rent, then they have to keep up with all Georgia legal tenant and landlords laws.     *************************** that is non responsive to tenant inquiries. Fees applied are inflated; No documentation provided of charges. Office agents do not answer the phone to address concerns or responsive to written communications in the resident app. Several numbers are indicated - none of them gets you to a live agent. I suggest staying at a community not managed by this company as prioritizing the needs of their tenants is no concern to them.

    Do NOT do business with Styl Residential properties. After almost a year of trying to get a response on a $757 move out bill I was emailed after I left, nobody cared to help me. I asked for clarification the charges after multiple attempts at asking and the response was that the charges are just that. I've emailed and called numerous times and they sent the bill to collections. After a bad google review for the apartment building that Styl runs, I was told that I was known as the one who left the bad review. The previous leasing manager admitted to me that the move out process was unclear upon my departure and offered me a $500 credit which I agreed to. The next day I called the collection company to make a payment and they had no record of the credit. Now that manager is gone (I can understand why when working for such an unreasonable company, and the new manager said she has no documentation of that conversation and told me my bill is over $1300. I've never had a collection, pay all my obligations on time, 6 figures and 820 credit score. For my 18 months at this property, I've seen excessive burnout, upset team members, new faces every month, and 3 different managers...THREE! This company is unprofessional and misses the mark with Consumer Experience. This is my first time leaving a BBB review and they DESERVE IT!

    ZERO STARS - Do NOT do business with Styl Residential aka the ********************. The leasing office people are fine, but upper management out of ******* is GARBAGE. After 30+ attempted calls I have yet to speak to an actual human after requesting multiple meetings to discuss my $1800 move out charges (yes you read that correctly) without any clarification of said charges after multiple attempts at asking. And the ** charges are just that, if you look on glassdoor, ****** review etc you will see pages and pages of bad reviews stating the same outrageous charges. I cant even speak to a regional manager, yet when another resident called the leasing manager racist they received a personal call from the ** herself and she made their charges disappear into thin air. I feel discriminated against.

    STYL Residential has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite raising concerns about persistent pest and waste issues at my leased property, the management team has been unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude.Repeated attempts to address these issues were met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern for my well-being as a tenant. Moreover, when seeking assistance with resolving these critical issues, I encountered nothing but resistance and a refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation.Their unwillingness to cooperate, coupled with their rude and unprofessional demeanor, has left me deeply dissatisfied with their services. As a tenant, I expect to be treated with respect and receive timely assistance when faced with problems affecting my living conditions.In light of these experiences, I cannot recommend any properties managed by STYL to others and advise potential tenants to be wary of their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant concerns.

    Everyone at ******************** is rude and unprofessional. I never receive any help. The property manager and leasing agents are always throwing each other under the bus and take no accountability for being terrible at their job. The * rating is worthy. BTW: This is my first time leaving a BBB review because they DESERVE IT! Please do not do business with this company. Save yourself the trouble.

    This is regarding the property ********* ***********. They charged for rental insurance even after the customer has one. If they were planning to charge and let us know before charging, we are happy to cancel the one we have. The emails to the property manager were almost never replied.
