            I had a mothers day ***** set up for ***** and *********************** because her health is not the best at this time and we wanted all the sons and their better half to accompany them. She was so excited to get the family together to celebrate her. I told her about STK because the one in ******** was fabulous. When I called to add 1 more guest I was transferred to reservation at around 10:35am. I was told they had strict guidelines and they were completely booked and had no room. They reiterated in a rude voice sir their is nothing we can do. Once I got there it was a completely different story. they were accommodating everyone that showed up. I was so relieved and surprised. My mom asked for steak with bone and make sure it had fat on it. The waiter recommended a steak. when she got it it was well done(****) and no bone. she was so disappointed because she felt waiter lied to her when she asked for a specific steak. She was so sadden by this. She asked for another lobster mac and cheese and it never came. Needless to say she will not want to dine there again because of her and our experience. I love STK and was shocked by the service and food. I barely had any lobster on my lobster and eggs and the pancakes were brought out cold.
