I hired American and Roofing and Construction Solutions to repair my balcony in October 2023. After tearing down the balcony (over my front porch) *****, the owner said I needed additional work, which was more than double the original price, but I agreed to it. The work was completed and paid for on November 1, 2023.I contacted ***** on January 10, 2024. I sent him a video showing how water will not go down the drain on the balcony. I have repeatedly contacted him about correcting the problem. I know that we have had some bad weather, but there is no excuse for him not coming by to see what the problem is and correcting it. I have contacted him numerous times from January 10 to April 3, 2024, he will not come out to fix the problem. He gives me a date, that he will come, but he does not keep his word. I was given a general maintenance and a workmanship warranty from him for 60 months. The labor and material was guaranteed for 20 years. I don't see any of those things happening! I am just so disappointed in this company, you would like to be able to trust people, but some people or companies make that impossible!
