The Crown Roofing team did a complete tear-off and replacement of my flat roof in the University Village neighborhood of *******. The President was involved the whole time and quick to return calls, texts, or emails. His price was the best of three with a straight-forward proposal, good warranty, and quality materials. He photographed his work for proof. I also went up to inspect, as I am very familiar with flat roofs as a homeowners' association board member for 30 years. A big concern was proper pitch for drainage, and it was greatly improved from my previous roof. The process from initial call to completion took three months, since this was not an emergency, and I had to wait my turn. By being patient and trusting he would choose the right timing with weather, everything worked out. It was worth the wait by the end of summer with a fine job and no problems since then. The President developed a good credit relationship with me for payment at the end, so he was not holding any deposit during the three months. His equipment and practices seemed modern. He cares about his customers with affordable prices, professional workers, and courteous responses. I got this company's information from this BBB website in the first place, and I am thankful to say that the President and his company are "a better business" and earned 5 stars overall.
