The only reason Im leaving 3 stars is because the tires I purchased are supposed to be used once but two out of the four I purchased seemed used they where dirty and looked nothing like the other 2 that did look used once

I was hesitant on buying from United tires but after reading reviews I was sold. Now that I ordered and received my new/used tires I am blown away how fast I received them and the quality of every tire. I totally recommend United tires. Like my son said dad you found a new gem. Thanks United tire.

Bought two front tires last week for a ************* AMG. After the tires were installed, the car started slipping on turns. I took it to my dealership and the pointed out that one tire was manufactures in 2017 and the other 2018. These tires are older than my car. They could have cause an accident. Now I need to find new tires. Most definitely will not be getting them from this place and I dont recommend anyone else do either.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.Upon reviewing your situation, we want to clarify that the issue is unlikely related to the production dates of the tires. Sold me 5 year old tire as new and then attacked me when I contacted them. Customers check the date code on the tire they are there for our protection. Hope I save some other customers they are a very bad company.

Purchased four tires on **** and had installed by them. Noticed one of them leaked appx 2 lbs. a week. Found a slow leak on inner shoulder at sidewall they would not warranty it, claiming it's only covered for 48 hrs. I returned and had that tire replaced & checked it the next day to find a large puncture in outer shoulder and they offered to replace under their 2 DAY warranty. When they removed the tire I found an unsafe repair with a patch on the shoulder inside the tire they admitted to. I requested a partial refund in light of the circumstances which they refused. This facility will ****** with your safety by engaging in unscrupulous unsafe repairs to save themselves a few bucks. Reached out to the owner ********* who refused to respond by phone or text This is the same person who will claim In responses to reviews, that he reaches out to customers who have VALID complaints? It is outright ignorance for them to assume the potential liability of property damage or personal injury they may cause with these policies. Notice the NUMEROUS complaints here in other reviews, this is no coincidence if you value the safety of your family, yourself and others, DO NO buy from these people.

If I could give a zero, I would. This probably won't show up on their website. Purchased 2 tires with lots of tread in mid-August. One of the tires very slowly started losing air, and I attributed it to a bead or valve stem. I took it back to where I had them mounted and balanced. What could be wrong? After all, these tires are tested. Well, the tire technician found a very small leak in the sidewall, something you wouldn't notice for a while with TPMS. He noted no curb rash or object in the area.I made a phone call to rectify this, and of course, the mere "48 hour" warranty had passed. This company could make it right, but were not in any way going to work with me. Approximately 2 weeks had passed since I had the tires put on the car.I was sold a defective tire, paid to have it mounted and balanced and am out $140. United Tires puts the blame solely on me. Anyone in a similar situation would know a slow leak couldn't possibly be found in the small window alloted.Bottom line - United Tires sells defective tires and doesn't care about customer service.
