I bought 2 tires for $271. I had them installed 3 weeks ago. After almost having a serious collision on the highway because my car was shaking uncontrollably I brought it into my mechanic. He told me the tires I purchased from United Tires were made in 2006!!!!!! They were both bulging and about to explode. I called customer service and they told me they could offer me a $40 dollar refund. I declined. What a slap in the face. Purchase tires from this company only if you want to put your life in danger. **************** is terrible, Poor experience and the first 1 star review Ive ever written.

I had a very positive experience, purchased a set of 4 winter tires (Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 99S) last August for my 2019 Mustang Ecoboost. They were listed as having 9.5 - 11/32 tread depth and 2020 manufacture date. They were shipped quickly, great communication, and they were excellent. Deep even tread across and around all four tires. Had them mounted at Discount Tire, all balanced out perfectly. And surprisingly, they were very quiet.

I had no issues with my tire so nothing to say about their customer support. My tire came with the advertised tread and ideally even wear across the tire. Now I drove with this tire for a year and came back to get one more tire with matching wear. This should allow me to drive the rest of the set for about one more year and then replace the whole set. I only wish they had even a bit lower tread available :-)

I bought a set of Neosport tires 225 55 17 and one of the tires has a sidewall air leak, they're refusing to send me a replacement or a refund , very dishonest customer service, stay away from ********************** is better to pay a bit more and get new ones from a reputable tire shop who's descent.

Great product for good prices would highly recommend to anyone looking for anyone looking something affordable and good quality.

Terrible customer service. They say their return policy is easy and hassle free, but it's nowhere near. Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back for broken tires they sent me. DO NOT BUY FROM UTIRES

Bought a tire that was patched on both sides and the tire was NOT DESCRIBED as being patched in the **** listing. I complained and they offered me 20$ HA! I worked them up to $27.50 to cover my installation costs. I now have a compromised tire that is unsafe, have to buy another tire and go through the installation process again, doubling the amount of time I have to spend because I was lied too. This is fraudulent, unsafe and unethical. I SUGGEST THEY TELL THE ***** & CHANGE THEIR SLOGAN TO: "United Tires, some may have patches on them and we don't feel the need to tell you." With almost ******* sales listed on ***** lets say 1% of those are the same as my experience, that would mean that at LEAST 9000 tires have been sold that are falsely listed on ***** 9000 vehicles Based on these reviews, they are compromised at almost a 10% frequency of lying to the consumer. That puts the potential compromised tires at ******. Think about soccer Mom's installing these on their vans because they were shipped compromised and THEY HAD TO AT THE ***** Around 90,00 people have potentially been subject to fraud. Let that sink in. ****** people could be driving on unsafe tires bc of this company.

Amazing experience! Such a simple process. Tires were delivered with no problems, exactly as expected and for an amazing price. I would highly recommend this company.
