      After thoroughly researching to find an engine for my ***** truck, I decided to buy from LKQ. I spent almost ****. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/29, and here it is..10/5. Engine was lost in transit 2x-I get it..BUT..I got NO help from LKQ once they took my money. They hung up on me too many times to count. For my family, my truck is my transportation to work, and that **** was **** money. So here I sit..no car..no engine..and no money.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      SORRY just isn't good enough. I was contacted by a gentleman named *****, a sales Manager from *******, who was supposed to refund my shipping costs-needless to say NO ONE ever got back to me.

      $2000.00 is way to much to get shifted elsewhere, hung up on, and basically "I" MADE OVER 40 CALLS ALL OVER THE US LOOKING FOR MY ENGINE. YES, it was delivered thanks to ME. This complaint was about Customer ************************** whether or not I received the engine WEEKS after promised with NO assistance.

      I don't appreciate being lied to, hung up on, or having to endure unnecessary expenses like LYFT and rides to work, PLUS my time with this.

      I called LKQ to order a transmission, and a wheel, the guy who took my order asked me for a picture of the wheel I needed and I sent it to him. LKQ didn't have either one in stock so I paid for both and ask them to call me when both parts arrived at their warehouse in ******** **, I received a call 4 days later from LKQ saying my parts had come in. I drove 2 hours to ******** ** to pick up my purchase and when I get there, the man who attended me couldn't find the wheel so he ordered another one. I was ok with that because I had to make a 2nd two-hour trip there to drop off my transmission core. when I went back, they handed me a box and said that's your wheel that you ordered. I put the box in my car and drove two hours back home. A wheel later I was ready to mount my new-used wheel on my vehicle so I opened the box and to my surprise, it was the wrong wheel( not the one I ordered). Now I haven't been able to get anyone to help me over the phone.

      Recently I was referred to Keystone Automotive, as they are a wholesale auto parts distributor- which I was looking for. They had an application process, all good.. After submitting my application, complete with all of my oertinent business information (tax id, etc).. they proceeded to call me & ask all sorts of ridiculous, completely irrelevant questions about my company, insisting that MY company meet THEIR qualifications of a business. I run my business my way, legitimately & how it works for me and my ******************************** was completely unhelpful, attempting to impose their asinine business requirements on me, refusing my completely legitimate business. This is pure & simple discrimination, not to mention the difficulties it is causing me in business & how it is directly affecting my livelyhood. I could go on, but maybe that would be best saved for further action should Keystone Automotive Operations not rethink their ridiculous & unprofessional behavior.

You have all of the information you need to search and find- if you stop being uncooperative and unhelpful- as your company is proving itself to be.       I purchased a used engine for $1500 and had it installed in my vehicle 5 weeks later for another $1200. when the engine was installed the tech found that it had low compression among other various broken parts. I called the manager of the location that i bought the engine from and he explained how they test every engine and transmission before selling them, but it didn't come from their inventory, it came from a different store and he cant guarantee they inspected it. I called the other location and was told that they sometimes do check them but not all the time and this one must have been one they missed. they didnt offer to cover any of the labor due to their negligence and now i am going to be stuck with another $1200 **** for removing and installing the next engine that comes in plus however much they charge me for diagnosing the low compression on the first engine...

      On 6/29/21 I purchased a 2006 Hummer Limo, from LQT Global (*****************************). I asked ***** was there any Known Issues with the truck before the purchase and After the purchase. ***** never disclosed the vehicle was not drivable, Roof rusted out and water damage. If I would have known these things. I would have never purchased a truck for $14,900. Attached you will see emails, And screen shots of our interactions. I can email anything else needed.

She said that If I needed the part that bad that I could come get it myself they dont get paid enough to be goin under funky cars. They were chewing really loud in the phone as we were talking. I asked her if there was a website that I could possibly order a piece from she said I could shove it up my a** then hung up

      On 8/6/2021 I called LKQ at ************ and ordered a window regulator for my vehicle for $54.38 and paid with my credit card. It was to be delivered in approximately 7 days. On 8/13/2021 I went to their warehouse and found the part was not correct. I was given a refund invoice and told the refund would post back to my credit card in 2-3 days. I have called that same number multiple times as well as their corporate office and have still not received my refund. I was told 4-5 days then I was told it had been processed on 8/20/2021. Today is 8/27/2021 and I still have not received my refund.
