Terrible place now with a new staff I bought a window that they said was compatible to find out it was not compatible 2 days later I took it back and was told I would've had to pay more to return it at the beginning terrible business I've taking things back in the past if it didn't workReview from Jessica R

Their website has misleading information for customers, and you will get wrong **********************, and then end up paying fees for sending the parts back. If I could give it zero stars I would!Review from Kevin C

First and foremost there warranty is absolute garbage they only pay 50$ a labor hour when labor hours in my area are 135$ an hour. Secondly their customer ********************** is terrible. This company does not stand behind there products in any way. I had an issue with a motor I bought lost compression in a cylinder took it to a **** dealership to have it diagnosed after agreeing the motor was no good they sent a new engine. Repairs were made and now they are trying to get out of paying there pathetic 50$ an hour by saying there is nothing wrong with the motor that they checked they flat out called me a liar. Dont return phone calls, after leaving messages with two mgrs ********************* yet to receive my extended warranty documents from my 4/23/24 purchase, and its not 5/23/24, ****** from the warranty department claiming its a glitch in system, but yet its been 30 days!!!!!!! This company has got the worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced. they don't even deserve a one star rating. bought a motor from them - first motor was installed and there was a head Gasket leak. they wanted me to tear down a new rebuilt Motor NFW. after many calls and poor customer ********************** they finally sent a 2nd motor. I paid to have that installed. the 2nd motor has a wrist pin knock. been trying to get a 3rd motor. what a pain in the a** it is dealing with this company. I highly recommend you purchase a motor from a reputable company. this one is not.Review from Teva Z

Horrible service !!!you wont get a call back , they redirect you if they do decide to even answer you. Forget it if you need an item picked up. I think this place is by far the worst customer ********************** Ive ever experienced /.Review from Jon W

By far the worst customer ********************** I have experienced in 45 years. This is a company that sets the wrong expectation when it comes to customer satisfaction.
