    I had my hardwood floors in my home stained and refinished. I give these guys four stars only because they had to come out a second time for a second coating. Overwise, the work was good and professionally done. I did not get the workers' names, but they were very friendly and polite. They did what was needed and left. My floors look good. I would use these guys again and would recommend to friends and acquaintances.

    I think that ( the owner **** ) should stop ignoring my many phone calls and my many many text messages and do what a reliable business person should do and fix the mistakes . I did not hesitate to pay you in a very timely manner for the work that was done . This has been since before 1 Dec. 2022 that I have been trying to get a reply .Always got a I'll send my crew but always a no show. Now there is no response to my Phone and Text messages. Next step will be legal action . Now on to the * * * Complaint form.
