  Engine Turbo for my personal diesel pickup was shipped to them from a certified mechanic due to failure of turbo. Product was still under Warranty with this company. This company received turbo and supposedly shipped to ********** for further testing. After waiting for almost a month with no contact I called the company in **** they would check into it. When I received a phone call back they would eMail the results of the turbo test, I received those results. It is noted that the turbo was damaged in shipping, and could not be guaranteed when I called the **************** back the office gal then told me it was damaged when they received it from us. I advised her it was shipped and shouldve been reported as we had insurance coverage on this turbo for shipping purposes, and that this damage was significant according to the documentation that was received from **********. I wanted a replacement turbo due to the significant damage as this product was under warranty and was mishandled in their care and again it was not reported ***********, the owner of the company who I spoke to said they would replace The damaged parts, but not replace the turbo as it was damaged and it was our responsibility however, again we had insurance coverage on it. I have documentation and recordings of the office reporting that she did not report said damage to her supervisor and went ahead and shipped my turbo to ********** for further testing. *********** took it upon himself to have the turbo shipped back to them in ******** so that he could further inspect damage himself. When he made contact with us, he said he would replace the broken parts which included major components of the turbo, no further warranty or refund. And ship the turbo back to us, without any warranty or guarantees. All I want is my money back for a turbo that failed, was damaged and major components were replaced. Due to the dishonesty, and when this turbo was damaged and not notifying the sender. Refund/mechanic cost
