    This company is a scam, they order substandard products from shady vendors, they "make" their handmade products in disgusting conditions and they only care about spending your money on company ************** to ******

    I ordered from the curl refinery on August 7, 2022 and never received my order. My emails went unanswered but luckily I paid through PayPal. My order was refunded. This was my second order from the company. Their customer service was wonderful years ago but now...just trash.

    I ordered from them several times and never had any issues. I made two purchases in the last 4 months because I still get discount codes, but I haven't received any of my purchases. I reached out thru the customer service email and no response. I tried calling the phone number listed for the company and no response there. The website no longer comes up when you try to get on. I really loved their products and hate that they would just abandon their customers. If you read this before you purchase anything, don't order from them. I really hope this gets resolved me and many others are out of a lot of money.

    I ordered hair extensions 6 weeks ago from them and they confirmed my order by email. when I did not hear about my order status after 3 weeks, I emailed their customer service no response! I tried to get on their website and their website is no longer launching! So frustrating!

    I have ordered multiple times from Curl Refinery and never had an issue. I ordered hair for my birthday in early August, and still havent receive my hair. I tried contacting them several times and wasnt able too.

    I also placed an order on 8/12/22 and have not received it nor any further emails. I paid almost $200 for crochet and I cant even get in touch with the company to find out where my order is or if it will be refunded. I ordered from this company before and the crochet was beautiful which is why I placed several more orders. This last order never arrived and their website seems to be down. Money gone!!

    ****************** placed an order on August 14, 2022 and paid for expedited shipping and still do not have my product. I have emailed the company several times regarding the delivery status and have not received a response from them. This is very unprofessional. They have my money but I don't have the product that I ordered. Their website is not accessible and their Instagram page is not valid. It looks as if I am not the only one with this problem so I guess I will have to just call my bank and chalk this up as a loss. I only gave this a one star because I couldn't submit my review without it.

    The absolute worst customer service!!! Purchased two bundles of hair in June 2022, and have not received the merchandise. Sent multiple emails to request a refund or the status of my order and received no response. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don't support this business, which hard to say about a black-owned business.

    ************************ paid ****** for the human hair crochet distressed locs and have not received them, I have sent Texas messages and called her nor response. just called 09/06/2022. what is there to be done. Will they send my order out or return my money for $****** Please respond.
