    I have had an account with this credit union for over 20 years. They have recently (in the last year or so) merged with another credit union. Since this time, the customer/member service has declined drastically. Every time I try to contact the credit union via phone, I experience wait times of 12 minutes or more. On Saturday, November 12, 2022, I noticed that my debit card had been compromised. I immediately contact my card services to have my card shut down and a new card issued. I then contacted my credit union on Monday, November 14, 2022 to complete a transaction dispute form for the fraudulent charges to my debit card. I have since had those charges reimbursed. I was informed that I would receive my new card in **** business days. Today is November 22, 2022 and upon contact the credit union to check on the status of my new card, I was informed that due to the holidays and Fed Ex experiencing delays in shipping, my request was just put in yesterday, November 21, 2022 and I should receive my new card by next week. I have no access to my money in my account (other than physically going to the credit union and withdrawing money from my account). This is UNACCEPTABLE when every other bank/credit union can replace member cards within one day. I have also contacted the credit union via emails to express my concerns with no return contact.

    I was looking for a equity loan, because I wanted to pay credit card, I was tucked into refinancing instead, not what I was looking for, but because I was affected by covid I really needed the money, I provided all the paperwork required, I was told that I was approved and I had an interest rate of 4.5 The last communication was that we should be closing at the end of the month of August **** all of the sudden the communication stop! after trying to reach to the loan processing person and not returning the calls back I stop at the branch and left my information, he never called me back. I was being patient, but finally I went to speak with the manager and they are claiming that I didnt provide all the paperwork and that if I want the loan the interest rate will be higher. Its not what we agree on it.Because they really made me believe that I would get this loan and like I mentioned before I was affected by covid I run out of money while waiting for this loan. Now Im facing late fees on my credit cards and cant qualify anywhere else for a loan, because now my credit is ruined.This kind of business is unacceptable Im now feeling if Im being scammed by this people? Did they get the loan for themselves?
