  To whom it may concern,I repeatedly contacted Alpine of America regarding an issue where I needed to purchase or receive another part regarding my product. The unit was made available last year brand new and as most business should have is spare parts which would be provided by either the 3rd Party provider or a direct replacement from the company itself. As accountability comes into play, I have contacted the business 2 times and received the same reply that they have received my response and will respond to it, which never happened. Following up towards the issue trying to even get the part, 3rd party providers couldn't even locate the product itself to find the parts. Following up trying to get a response, I tried contacting the support/customer service line where every time you dialed the number you select an option and the line rings, you go into a queue and then finally told no agent is available and there is no wait time other than the automated person then the line hangs up. I have tried for almost a week at this point and this is really unacceptable customer service where even some dealers I have spoken to also receive no correspondence from regional or district managers. The problem is the product is not backed by any help or support from the company. It is a flag to where a product is sold but there is no support for it when you publish all these videos of these products on their YoutTube channel and have questions. No person would even know where to start searching for spare parts other than having to purchase another unit to even get the part they need. $700 USD spent on a DSP (Amplifier) and cannot find one single part. Emails and phone calls need to be responded too. If that cannot happen, then why even sell the product in the first place if there is nobody to talk too. Great products are sold by a well re-known company but have no support for consumers like others in there industry. Much more to it.
