- * What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, Please report damaged items via email at [email protected]. Damages and other issues must be documented via email because a written record is required. We will respond within 24 hours and ask for the details and proof(pictures) of damages. Once we receive proof, we will determine if we can resolve the issue by replacing a damaged/defective part. If we determine we cannot resolve the issue by sending a replacement for a damaged/defective part, we will send a prepaid return shipping label, if we require that the item be returned for a full replacement or a refund. The buyer will not have to pay for shipping charges.
*What is our Return Policy?
uBuyfurniture will gladly refund your original purchase price, less all shipping costs, provided you make arrangements to have your merchandise returned to us within 14 days of confirmed delivery date. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must first contact uBuyfurniture to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise and items must be received back at our warehouse in their original, undamaged condition. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items securely. Please do not forget to first obtain an RMA number prior to shipping your item back to uBuyfurniture.
