  Awful experience with adjustor Nathan M***** from CCMSI. He was assigned to my case ( a garbage truck from a company they represent crashed into my new car and smashed my left side mirror and made a dent on the driver side ) and he never answered emails or called back. After more than 1 MONTH of chasing this person ( emails and voice messages) I had to escalate the situation to his supervisor and then he suddenly called me back. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication and horrible service. I just want to repair my car and forget about this. Now I’m waiting for the check for the damages, if it ever happens. Seriously thinking of hiring a lawyer.

  My employer has a contract with CCMSI (Reading, MA) to handle worker's comp cases. I was injured on the job in September 2021 and have had issues recovering since then. CCMSI is the worst organization I could have worked with to handle my worker's comp coverage. The adjusters are rude, condescending, and incompetent. I've had to remind them to do every single task multiple times, which is difficult considering they don't answer their phones. My doctor's office reported that they called my old adjuster eight times without a response, and my adjuster was completely unaware that she'd been called at all. My current adjuster has made administrative problems that are not in my control my problem rather than communicating with my healthcare provider or my employer's Occupational Health office. Every email I get from her is dismissive, condescending, rude, and completely unhelpful. I dread having to do anything related to my case now because I know I'm going to be talked down to as if it's my fault that she works there. All I want is coverage for my injury so I can recover as fast as possible, but CCMSI has created hurdles every step of the way and acted as if requesting their services is the worst thing I possibly could have done.

  I've had the hardest time getting in contact with my workman's comp worker Trisha H*****. I've called left messages and have been left puzzled for many day. The only time I was able to get her on the phone was when I left a message about contacting a lawyer. I was hurt at work and would like to be compensated. Just because I stopped working doesn't mean my bills have stopped too.

  This company is loaded with scam techniques! I was hurt on the job in June. Since then I have had to repeatedly call CCMSI adjusters for my compensation pay!!!! many times the amount has been insufficient, the checks have been late and/or not coming at all until I called and inquired when/where they are at. Several lies were submitted to my employer....including that I had been discharged from the doctor, that I was REFUSING to come back to work on light duty, and even that I was only suffering from arthritis. I have had to call the ********* ***** ********* to intervene twice and now have hired an attorney. It took over four months to even get a Functional Capacity Exam to see if I could go back to work but was threatened by CCMSI employee and my employer management that I "had to come back to work" or loose my claim. This is a terrible company to deal with as a whole.

  My brand new ******* washer purchased Feb 2023 through ***** stopped working. I contacted ******* and they outsourced the job and sent a technician through **** **********. A Technician came to repair the washer and he didn't know what he was doing and flooded my brand new house causing property damage in the kitchen ceiling. **** filed a claim to his Liability Insurance; Clear Spring Property and Causality Company. Weeks later without any contact from them, their partner ******* ******* sent an adjuster to my house to take photos. The adjuster worked for a third-party administrator, CCMSI. They emailed me on June 7 that they "don't cover any faulty workmanship and don't warrant insured work". I've contacted all three companies several times and no one returns my calls and occasionally respond back via text or email with minimum details. I'm now 6 weeks in property damage and NOTHING is being done. ***** has taken ownership and replaced my washer but no one wants to be held accountable to fix the property damages. I now have to go through my homeowners and pay deductible. What's the point in having liability insurance if you don't cover the accidents your insured caused. =(

  What I think, after reading all the posted reviews against CCMSI each & every review states the same complaints of ongoing delay of deliberate, intentional, negligence including but not limited to medical care & treatment, compensation for the person injured, back door alley tactics to reduce, cheat, deceive injured person for what they are entitled to receive in a timely manner. They should change their bad business name to Duey Cheat'em & How? CCMSI business practice is to profit off of another's misfortune with no empathy or regard to a person who has been injured, cannot work, cannot get medical attention, referrals, MRI, surgery delayed at all cost while knowingly aware their actions are causing another person to suffer above & beyond the initial injury bringing them at CCMSI's mercy which is null. How is it possible they are getting away with what I considered comparable to Terrorist attacks on the People of Our Country the United States of America, I would like to see their business / businesses come to a end the same way Bin Laden's did. People who have been at the receiving end of their abuse should form together their losse's & get a class action lawsuit against CCMSI for all their injustice!

  I recently had the misfortune of hiring a contractor who is insured with ******* ***** insurance, and ************** uses CCMSI as their bully-adjusters to rip off every injured party who’s claim comes across their desk!. A mishap occurred while the contractor was performing the task I hired him for, and it caused damage to my roof. The contractor is a standup guy, and I would recommend him highly. That said, he immediately took responsibility for the damage, and contacted his liability insurer to take care of my damage. That was about three months ago, and I’ve been fighting with insurance company, and their adjusters (CCMSI) ever since!!! As insurance companies/adjusters often do, of course they made me an extremely lowball offer to begin with, and since then have been giving me nothing but a run around, with stall tactics, and continually moving the goalposts further and further back! Their adjusters have been absolutely horrible.. they refuse to return my calls and my emails in a timely manner, they have forced me to jump through one hoop. After another, I’ve gotten three separate quotes and proposals for them, which all say the same thing. But they refuse to give them any credence! I could literally go on for an hour describing the horrible treatment I have received at their hands! If you’re thinking about using this company for liability insurance, or likely any other form of insurance, based on my experience with them, I would encourage you to steer clear of any insurance company using CCMSI to mediate their claims!!!

  Was hit by a vehicle insured by a carrier they represent, contacted carrier and was told I need to go through CCMSI. Have made about 10 calls in 2 weeks trying to file the claim but no one will call me back. Carrier says that we must use CCMSI to report the claim.

  I filed a claim through this company for a patient of mine. The adjuster was polite but when it was time to get paid they took 90% of my payment, every time I asked why is that happening they made it seem like I agreed to it all. I will never work with this company again

  I got hurt fighting a fire during hurricane Ida. CCMSI has delayed me getting the care I need. I have limited time to get back to work. CCMSI held me up for months before they would pay for surgery. They held me up months on getting an MRI even. I went through multiple months of physical therapy and unnecessary pain due to CCMSI delaying surgery. The majority of requests by my surgeon or physical therapist are constantly modified. Is this not effectively dictating healthcare? I am very worried I will not be able to make it back to work within my allotted time due to all the delays as well. CCMSI is extremely slow with approving my prescriptions. This caused unnecessary pain and stress. An already stressful and painful situation was made much worse because of CCMSI.
