            I had work done on my patio on 6-8-2020. Work that was done on the stamped patio was to Re-antique and Reseal the patio. After the work was done I was told the patio would be Resealed in 2 years at no charge to me. It's been 2 years and I have tried since ***** to get the Reseal done. I was told ***** was to cold, *** was to wet and in June there were bigger jobs that needed attention first. The excuses just went on and on. I get no response back from this guy when I leave messages. I even told him I would power wash the patio on my own before he came over so it would be prepared for him but no response back. I'm tired of the run around. He really has no intention of coming back. The total cost was $875.00 and I do have a receipt. The company is "The Beauty in Concrete" in ***********, **.             We hired ****** to install a stamped concrete patio for us in the spring of 2019. There was an area of the finished patio that was a bit of a trip hazard so we requested it to be sanded down to line up with the rest of the patio. ****** agreed to return to touch up the color on that portion of the patio because the sander removed the finish completely. Despite many calls, texts and emails per the past 2 years, he has yet to return. He has responded numerous times to apologize and said that he would be out, but never shows. Additionally, the color/finish didnt really hold up on our patio. Were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and quality of the work performed.
