      Dear ***/*****,I am writing to formally dispute and request the removal of an alleged debt from my credit report, which I believe to be fraudulent. I have no knowledge of this account and have never entered into any contractual obligations with your company or the original creditor.The reporting inaccuracies concerning this account violate both **** and FDCPA regulations. To resolve this matter expeditiously, I require the following documentation:1. Evidence of your authorization under 15 USC 1692(e) and 15 USC 1692(f) for handling this matter.2.       I was recently contacted by Assest Recovery Solutions. I tried to get a payment plan with them but they denied it even after hearing the issues I was having. They didn't even try to understand or give me a payment plan. I demand a cease in communicating by mail or home phone number.

      I have been contacted several times by this company regarding a debt that belongs to a *************************, I have stated to them that I am not that person nor do I know them. The first time the Rep was very adamant that I acknowledge the debt and tell ******* to get in touch with them. I politely told her that I don't know anyone by that name and she very swiftly replied that I was listed as a reference and that proves I know them. 1. It does not, my identity has been leaked several times through the years. 2. I will not accepted any information for a debt that does not belong to me. 3. The rep wouldn't listen to me and hung up after I told her to let the skip tracers know they aren't doing a good job. The next instance was about 2 weeks after the initial phone call, Let the lady know the same thing, that they are contacting the wrong individual to collect a debt. I was notified that my name would be removed from the *********** instance was june 25th, but my google assistant screened the call and they didn't wish to leave any information. The most recent call was today and it was the same thing. Since the debt isn't mine I didn't get any account information or amount owed. I want to be removed from the debt holders account as I don't know who this person is.

The behavior is disruptive but also constitutes a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I request that Asset Recovery Solutions LLC immediately cease all contact with me and promptly removes my phone number from their contact list. As well as, ceasing communications with family/ friends & my work place. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If this issue persists, I will not hesitate to seek further legal advice and assistance.

      I've only received calls at work which are not allowed. The agent has been extremely rude and loud with my office. One instance hanging up on a colleague of mine.       6/21/24 Asset Recovery Solutions contacted me at my workplace which is not allowable. I called them back and spoke to a very rude person there who stated they were trying to collect on a debt to UPSTART - i have already received communication from another company stating they were handling. I relayed to this man who said that wasn't true - seems to be a scam with Asset. I requested he not contact my workplace again.
