This company has been sending me letters in the mail for a credit account I have already taken care of. My issue is that the women I spoke to had my social security before I gave it to her. On top of their records not being correct.

As I was in the process of selling my house, I reached out to Solar Mosaic 31 December 2021 to transfer my Solar loan over to the new buyers. After successfully getting conformation the account could be transferred we notified our real estate agent. 4 days later we get a call from our real estate agent saying Escrow was stating our solar account was no longer with Mosaic. After reaching out to Solar Mosaic they told us they sent our account over to Turnstile LLC. After being made aware of this we immediately called Turnstile and they said they didnt have our account. After reaching out to Mosaic again they said it may take some time to post in their system. On 26 Jan 2022 we were contacted by Turnstile saying they had my account and sent it to Asset Recovery Solutions LLC (ARS). After calling ARS they informed me they didnt have my account either. So again we reached out to Turnstile after speaking to them again they said they sent it over to ARS once more. Yet again I called ARS and they said they havent received it and that it was an IT issue on turnstiles end. This Back and forth has taken place a span going from 26 Jan 2022 to 5 Feb 2022 with neither able to give me any information on my account. The clerk named ****** from ARS has been extremely rude and short with me. I was put on hold by turnstile a total of 2 hours Friday, all to find out no one was in the office. I have left several in depth voicemails and no one is responding or getting back to me. This is becoming extremely frustrating due to the fact Escrow is needing this information so they can pay off the Loan. We are days from closing on selling our home and if this bit of information on the Solar keeps getting put off well have to start the process over. Respectfully requesting assistance as this is an extremely urgent matter.

On January 11, 2022 this company took $390 out of a checking account I had JUST opened recently. I immediately called my bank when I saw the unexpected charge, and they provided this business. They also said they had no further information. As it was, it took my bank personnel oven twenty minutes to figure out this charge! This company took my **** money that I had saved, during this pandemic! I lost my job, and that's all I had saved!!!Have no idea who this company is, and I am on disability. Even if I did owe anything to whoever they are (or who they represent), I am exempt from any judgement or collections activity!!

      Good morning,

We have thoroughly researched the consumers complaint and find that the consumer may be confusing us with a different organization. Based on the information provided by the consumer, a transaction was allegedly processed in the amount of $386.89.

We have queried our database and have zero record of that transaction in that amount.

In order to further investigate, we will need additional proof from the consumer demonstrating that that specific transaction was processed by our company (Asset Recovery Solutions).

      Thank you.

Asset Recovery Solutions contacted me regarding a collections **** on a credit card and I tried to set up a payment plan but unfortunately it wasnt the right amount to work out at this time but honestly thats not even the point. In what debt collector practice is it ok to tell me my birthday and last 4 of my social security number? That should NEVER be ok. Not that I have high credit to begin with but that isnt safe or professional and upon reading the reviews of this company on ****** I no longer feel safe with them having any of my information. Im looking for a settlement of $400 to be paid in full and reported to the credit bureau as paid off. I dont want to deal with this company anymore if possible. If theyre unable to make this arrangement I would like to have them sell off the debt elsewhere to a business that isnt as sketchy.

Did he number the person called is not even MY work number. It was a coworkers. Please take my information off your call list. If this happens again Im going to have to file a police report for HIPPA violations and harassment.
