            On the day of 5/4/2024 I was hit from behind while driving My 2013 ******** e300. I was stopped at a stop sign next to the police station in ********* when a woman ran into the back of me without even hitting the brakes. It caused $6,400 in damage to my vehicle according to Tallmadge collision center. Her insurance company is founders insurance whos been running me in circles for over 30 days. I received a quote from their facility for $5,400 and they only want to settle in $1,900 and refuse to pay out any more even though their pair facility and my repair facility both said it is over $5,000 in damage.They now expect me to disassemble my own car to show proof of what was damaged during the accident. According to all of their reviews online this is an absolutely horrible company who does this to many many people. Over ***** reviews from people, all negative with the same issue that I'm having.I need resolution and my car fixed, this insurance company owes me close to $6,000 and only wants to settle at $1,900.I am in no way at fault for this accident according to all of the paperwork and the videos. Yet they will only give me 1/3 of the value that was caused by the accident.             Please do not trust your home or car with this company. I went through a Broker and this company seemed to meet my needs. Upon first billing the automatic payment was not taken out. I had to call. Second payment was not take out but I was sent a receipt saying it was paid. I was told to "just give it a few days". I called my bank, no attempt was made to access my accounts. I then was charged a NSF amount when the money was in my account the entire time. Needless to say I am cancelling. After researching several sites, this is a standard procedure of Founders Ins. I can only imagine what would have happened if something had happened to my home. Please beware. If you notice in all the following comments, Founders response is always the same. Founders Insurance Company is a SCAM. Any company that expects you to pay $300 up front, should have been my first clue. Allstate, nor State Farm has ever done this. Buyer beware, I was not.

            Founders Insurance Company strives to provide the best possible service to our customers.  A new electronic funds form to provide the accurate information was received by the complainant on July 8, 2024. 

            A member of our Billing team has been in contact with the complainant and a refund is in process.
