  Everything that you fear could go wrong when scheduling a transportation service happens with M&M limo. I used them for airport transportation for 6 people to ****** for my three young daughters first flight. I needed a service that I could count on that would have 3 car seats and fit all of my family and baggage so I decided to use them. What a terrible mistake. The driver arrived 40 minutes late to pick us all up, causing us to almost miss out flight. The driver forgot all of the car seats for my children, and had to go back to pick them up. Then he didn't bring the right car seats. To make things even worse they showed up in a vehicle that was missing the inside panel of the door. The mechanical parts where hanging off the door and almost cut my 4 year old daughter. I called them to speak to a manager and the manager is never there. All the dispatch staff have to open a ticket for a manager to review, which they did. But then the manager stopped responding to me and is never in the office . I've called 3 days in a row to speak with someone in leadership but it's impossible. Save yourself the grief and go with another service. See photo attached of the open door panel that almost injured my daughter.

  I had a 5:45 am pickup from home scheduled. At 1:45am, I recieved a text message that they had no one to pick me up. Fortunately, I was woke and saw the text. Any other time they called me constantly solicity my business. Worse of all, after constant emails and calling them, it took them more than 25 days to refund all of my money. They charged me for the rides to and from the airport. I reached out to the owner on Linkin. Did not receive a response. So, if you need a ride to something as important as airport services, etc. I do not recommend this company.

  They damaged our freshly seeded lawn on one occasion and after many phone calls, never offered to either repair it or compensate for the repairs. On another occasion, they sent a bus when we requested and agreed upon a limo. On another occasion, after they confirmed three times the day before, they cancelled with less than an hour before they were to pick up our group for an event.

  My wife booked and paid for a limo to pick her up along with our daughter and their two friends. They were a "No call, no show" when it was time to be picked up. My wife called the limo company to check on the status and their reply was "We had to cancel, we don't have any cars". How do you take someone's money to perform a service and then just abandon them? It's been over a week now and they won't refund our money which is illegal.

  We could not be more disappointed in the level of competence and professionalism demonstrated by M&M ************************** Services in October 2023. Our agenda was to be driven a short distance from a casino to a brewery to stay for an hour. Then we were to be driven to dinner at a nearby restaurant and then back to the casino. We were dropped off at the brewery but then the driver failed to show up to take us to dinner. We ended up taking alternative transportation. Having lost confidence in our driver we canceled him for the return trip to the casino. We subsequently tried to speak with a manager on a number of occasions but one was never available. About 2 weeks later we received an E-mail apologizing for the inconvenience and they took full responsibility for it. However they only saw it fit to refund half our money. We would highly recommend not doing business with M&M ************************** Services.

  *** worst company ever. Hired to take guests by bus two miles away. ***y arrived a half hour late and got lost going the 2 miles. *** guests missed the cocktail hour and were unnerved getting off the bus about being so late and being stuck on the bus. ***y were dropped off at the wrong entrance. A joke of a business. Less than zero stars

  This review is for airport transportation from southwest suburbs to **************.9/12/2023 - 9 Passenger Limo $228.00 9/18/2023 - 9 Passenger Limo $228.00 Keep in mind that I was assured that the Limo could accommodate luggage for 7 passengers (plus carry-ons)The trip to the airport was fine.The ride was uneventful and we arrived quickly and on-time.The ride back is another story.The driver shows ** ** a 7 passenger limo.There was no point trying to resolve when all you want to do is get home.He was able to fit 5 pieces of luggage and a few carry-ons in the trunk.The rest sat on our laps for the entire ride home.I paid for a 9 passenger limo.They don't even list a 7 passenger limo on their site.I think these guys are just contracted out.Bottom line, the experience with M&M was disappointing.I will give you two stars since half of the trip was fine.However, you lost mine and my families future business.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE!! We paid for a limo for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Instead of a limousine They picked us up at the airport in a sprinter van. When we called them they said sorry our limo broke down. I asked if there werent other limousine available and I heard a million excuses but no solution offered. They said they would have the escalation department call us back for our bad experience they never called back. On my 3rd try I got a hold of them. I spoke with a guy named ***. His response was that they would make it up to me. How you ask? By giving me back the difference between the two cars. So I have to thank them for not charging me a limos fee that I never got to ride in the first place. How is that compensation?!! By the way they didnt even refund the difference. He said someone higher up would call us back. They still havent called us back. Imagine riding around on your 10th wedding Anniversary in a sprinter van!!! Save your money and dont ever use them. They only have 5 star and 1 star reviews wonder which ones are the real reviews and which ones are the fake ones they wrote themselves. If you read the bad reviews they all have a common theme. This is more than money, its a matter of principle. If Better Business foreve doesnt address this, I am going to the local media outlets and then small claims court. Terrible experience ***************** If you look up my name youll see that this might be the 2nd review Ive ever written in my lifeI wonder how upset they had to get me to do this!!

  They are lucky we have to leave 1 star because they definitely don't deserve that!!! Stay away from this company!! Booked them for a concert picking us up at 5 PM. Driver arrived after 630! If that was not bad enough, the driver then continued to drive in the wrong direction. Then afyer the concert, we had a pick-up time set for 12:30 AM and that driver also arrived late by 30 mins. I reached out to company and told them about our horrible service and the manager assured me the proper steps would be followed to give my group and myself a compensation for our troubles. He said $260 would be refunded in 5-7 business days. $2 for every minute they were late picking us up. After 2 weeks passed by and no refund was given, I called and left him a message. No call back was ever given. I then left a review on their FB page to warn others of our nightmare and try and get some kind of communication with the company and nothing. This is insane that this company takes advantage of their customers. Make it right! Do not tell someone you are going to refund them when you clearly have NO intentions on doing so. This company is joke and a waste of time. I hope noone else bothers to book them.

  Driver showed up in a dirty vehicle with empty cans still in the backseat. When the driver told us he was taking a very strange and unusual route into the city we tried making alternative suggestions to just get on the highway he pretty much blew us off and said he knew better which should've been no more than a 45 minute ride at most took well over an hour we had to get dropped off 10 minutes away from our intended drop off point because everybody was about to pee themselves he did not go above 30 the whole way there purposely taking weird routes through very very bad neighborhoods to stretch the drive. I clearly told the driver we had dinner reservations for 6. It was 6:10 and we were still over 10 minutes away when we told him to just let us out because everybody was so frustrated with the drive taking double the normal commute into the city normally from the south suburbs. We decided to just call it a night early and tried reaching the driver four hours into our six hour reservation and had to have multiple people reach out before he finally got in touch with us to pick us up. We only used five out of the six hours we paid for because we just didn't want to deal with it anymore we had him drop us off and continue the night with ****. The booking process was very smooth ***** was very professional however for what they charge this was very subpar service especially if you're trying to plan a special night in this event it was a bachelor party and it really brought down the entire night. Save your money book elsewhere for what this cost the service should've been much better. Honestly an Uber to and from the city would've been a quarter of the price & a better experience. Definitely not getting the value for your money
