I purchased. 2024 ******* Kona from causeway ******* in ********** **. on March 11 2024 . Their vehicles are all equipped with Blink. however, there was an issue with the Blink in my vehicle it was registered to someone else that was going to purchase a vehicle but backed out. I purchased a vehicle with Blink and I would like it. my salesman was very proactive in contacting the blue link rep and also, the general managers at the dealership are aware. The Blink rep asked me to come to the dealership to talk to a supervisor at blue link to get this resolved. I spent almost 2 hours at the dealership in my car with my salesman on the phone with a supervisor from Blink, who assured us that this would be corrected. they kept asking for my credit card information, but the salesman explained that this was something that was offered when my purchase the car I did not have to give any of my personal information thats not the way it worked so I was contacted by Blink seven days later to resolve this to us by the Blink supervisor . I spent another hour and a half on the phone with a Blink representative who insisted I needed to give them my credit card information. so here we are still no Blink its been several weeks that Ive purchased a vehicle. I would like this resolved and I want to know whats going on at Blink that they dont understand that I dont need to give them my personal information. Thats not the way it works when I purchased the car. so I dont know what to do about this. Its not my salesman he has gone over and above with this and again they tell me(blue link) they might contact me in another seven days to correct this, but I dont think thats going to happen. I dont know what my recourse is. The dealership in ********** is aware of it, but I dont know why its not being corrected. Im upset because I bought the vehicle with Blink and I dont have it and thats not fair to me, the blue link number is **************. #***-4422caae

On December 27, 2022 we were charged $10.53 for service thru Blue Link Auto and the next day or so I called to cancel and request a refund because that is not what we wanted. The service rep at the time said she would cancel it and we would be refunded the $10.53 in 5-7 days. A week or two went by and I did not see the refund. I called several times to them giving me several reasons why they could not credit my account that they took the money from and had no issue taking the money or send me a check. The 3 or 4th service rep I spoke to said that at the end of January they would send me an email with a link to put the $10.53 into a different account. I called last week because I realized no such email every came and have received at least 20 emails saying it would be cancelled and I can exepect a refund into the account that it was taken from. This to date has not happened over a month almost two months now. I called last week and they said I would have to wait to the end of this month again for them to send me the email that I could put the money they have taken into another account. I called and was highly upset asked to speak to a supervisor and threatened with the BBB and the consumer protection department. It is not a lot of money but it is the principal of it that they can so quickly zap my account for the funds but take almost two months to refund it is just unacceptable. I would like my money back from them as quickly as possible I should not have to wait any longer than I have already waited.
