After a repair service incorrectly diagnosed the problem with our (3 year old) oven and told us we needed a new one, I sought help from Appliance Gators 5 days before Thanksgiving. In less than 48 hours they came out....on a Sunday to see if they could help. They diagnosed something completely different from the other company. They had anticipated the issue from what I explained on the phone and had the part with them on their truck. In 40 minutes my oven was up and running. They saved my oven and the holiday. The repair person was professional and very knowledgeable. The cost was competitive but very well within our budget. Definitely will use them again if I need appliance repair.

******************************* did half the work and what was completed couldnt pass any city inspections. This was a frustratingly disappointing experience and I wouldnt even refer him to my worst enemies.Appliance Gators LLC Response

Thank you for your feedback, however we went above and beyond for your project which dates back to 2019. We have never failed a city inspection. The real issue was that you depleted the funds to complete the project and we were unwillingly to move forward. We also released all liens on your property even though we never received full payment for the work we completed on this project back in 2019/2020.
