      ABSOLUTE WORST!! If I could give negative stars, I would. The salesman and the managers are horrible. They added onto the online price and then tried to give some BS answer when they were questioned about it, even after I showed proof of what the price was listed as. Then said they couldn't sell me the car at the listed price. I was told the extended warranty would be $700 and was charged over $4,000. On top of the issues with buying the car, there was servicing issues that should have been addressed prior to the car even being put up for sale. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again.

      This company sold me a vehicle from out of state collected all of my money and my sales tax but never paid it to my state and never got me a license plate which they were obligated to do so I now have $110,000 vehicle that is a yard ornament because they are completely incompetent and they are complete scammers avoid this company at all cost my purchase was ******* **** in ********* however, my sales guy according to his signature line works for ******* Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram but this is all one giant company. I would avoid them throughout the ************* anybody who collects sales tax and doesnt pay it to the governing agency is shady and its ************************************************************************************ so would ask where are they? I keep getting nasty from ******* saying they have not stolen the money however it is not where its supposed to go. Ergo, it is stolen.

      They scam people! The prices they have online are not what they charge u! They tack on hidden dealership fees($4000) and act like youre crazy when u bring it up. I have been trying to get the manager for a week now! This place is BOGUS!

      They have a cars listed for a certain price on their website. When you get there in person, they **** the price up and wont tell you why. They wont work with you they just say it is what it is. They hit you with a bunch of hidden fees.

      Sales person seems fine until its time to hide the mark up price. They'll tell you a price after everything, and its not. Its before. So you end up at the finance department where the guy assumed you were told everything only to find out you wasted about 2 hours of your life and now have to make a tough choice whether to accept or not. And even after speaking to 1,2,3 managers, they're just like we cant do anything about it. Very shady. Good thing we do not get cars often enough to want to come back here, but also will not be recommending this location either. Also, they use the cars they're selling. Ours had a complimentary lighter, receipt, and some change. Very thoughtful of them.

      I should have read a few reviews before I went there.. they are a scam.. committing fraud.. I spent $80 in a Uber because the Manager sent me a long text of what was to be expected.. and that I would leave that day with a vehicle no money down .. no matter what the credit or no credit .. and I get there and they ask for a co-signer .. and I know I make enough money to be the only signer.. why do places like this get to exist and lie to people? .. what's wrong with being honest? Why do the switch and bait ? .. then they act nasty with you when you don't want a co-signer.. and start talking rudely.. I would advise you to always read reviews before riding 1 hour in a Uber to a car lot.. a fraudulent waste of time!

      Our goal is to get all of our customers approved with no money down regardless of credit. We have been specializing in this for many years. But loans cannot be completed over the phone.       ******************* Horrible humans. Took my **** GC for "Service Shifter" 45 days ago. Blamed the battery and aftermarket radio. Replaced the battery and charged an outrageous diag fee. Over $900 total. I disconnected radio and problem kept returning among other odd electrical issues. No Check Engine until today. Brought it in and was now told it is NOT a comeback as they suddenly have no information about the previous visit other thanI brought it in for a battery. The **** was with them for 4 days and they even put fuel in. But somehow left that all out of the details. Then was told my ****** extended full coverage warrenty only covers a portion of their rates and that I'm responsible for the difference. This is a failure on the relationship between ****** and the Dealerships and the dealerships with their customers. The service advisor that "helped" this morning is the most discourteous service advisor in the dealership. He lied to my face about my previous visit and proceeded to own it. This is deceitful and should be a terminatable action.

      They do check your credit! Hard check even so it stays on your report for a long time! Lies lies lies. I talked to ******* 3 times before I came in. I wanted to make sure I didnt waste anyones time driving 1.5 hours in there. Was told I made enough money so as long as I could prove that I was for sure gonna drive home in a vehicle. Well didnt happen! I got in there and was told I needed a co signer when I told him I didnt have one even before I came in. Wasted my time! Just what I asked him not to do and not to make promises he couldnt keep!

      They just committed fraud. Told me they were not going to run my credit they do in house financing and ran my credit anyway to tell me I would need a co signer. Called my wife to go on the loan come back and told me good news we can do it for *****% payments would be 928 dollars a month $429 dollars every two weeks. NO WAY! This is a scam to rob *** people or get you to leave because you asked for 0 down! I would stay far far away from this place! Also ******* is theoneI spoke to over the phone but **** continued the scam.
