      It used to be just as easy to cancel your membership as it was to sign up; you would go into your account info and could simply cancel. In order to cancel now, you either have to call or do it in person at one of their locations. I was on hold for 40 minutes just to cancel a membership since the closest location is 45 minutes away from me. It should not be legal to have to go through hurdles to cancel when it is so simple to sign up. At the least, there should be a direct line to call where you enter your member number and can cancel. If this seems harder to do the just bring back the ability to cancel within a persons account!!!

      COOPERS HAWK in ************* treated ** with disdain and prejudice today. Why would you take us all the way to the very back of the restaurant, where there was no light, to seat us? No one else was back there. Yet we passed through lighted, empty areas that were only about 10% occupied. How dare you!! So of course we left!! We had the same money to spend as those in the lighted area!! Totally disappointed with this restaurant. ***************************************

      My spouse and I had a wonderful dinner at your ******** location this evening, however, when I was standing in line to pick up my wine for the month, the server chose to help the person behind me*and not me, I was first. When I complained to Christian * the manager*he didn't care. Don't discriminate against hispanics.

      This review is for the Oaklawn location. My service was great no complaints. I only was wondering why this location allow customers to bring there children to the bar area. When I was there in the Oaklawn location its was five tables in the bar section was children celebrating a birthday. I thought that anyone under the age of 21 wasnt allow in that area of the restaurant.
