AmeriPro workers do not pay attention to detail. I have been a victim of Bait and Switch tactics, I am being charged for work AmeriPro did not do on my home. They will not go over itemized claim list with me, to ensure everyone is on the same page, yet are billing me while attempting to obtain a mechanical lien on my home.AmeriPro Roofing

1 starI'm disappointed in the better business bureau in giving this company an A+ rating because the company uses the rating as a sales pitch. Ameripro is a terrible company. They outsource all of their work to people that speak no English. I couldn't communicate about my concerns with anyone working on my house. I went on the roof when they were done with the work and found shingles bunched together, making them unable to lay flat to seal. I contacted Ameripro, I was then asked to take detailed pictures of my concerns. I explained that there was never a final inspection performed. When the workers came out nobody spoke English once again. After the repairs were performed, I went on my roof again and found the workers put eight nails in the bunched together shingles with no sealant on the nails, I couldn't believe that they did that. That would have caused a leak on my new roof. I then made another complaint and had to send more pictures. At this point Ameripro started getting an attitude. It seemed that the lady's only concern was to get the payment. I eventually got everything resolved after a lot of back and forth. I would like to know how an elder person would have found these problems, unable to get on their roof. I fully regret dealing with this business and I hope me or anyone that I know never has too either.Review fromCynthia L

1 starIf you had a good experience with these people count yourself lucky. I notice that customer's reviews are either 1 star or 5. There is no in-between. This was the singularly worst contractor experience I've ever endured in my 60 years. My salesman was slick, as salesmen can be, and the front end of this ordeal went smoothly. However, from the delivery of materials (roof, siding and gutters) to the last truck driving off my property, the entire revolution at every. single. stage. was utterly mismanaged. Materials were NOT delivered when I was told to expect them with some materials missing and others damaged falling off the truck. The dates I was given to expect crews to arrive were NEVER correct. I'm an older woman who lives alone in a rural location and planned to have male family members on site while crews were here, but they showed up every single time unannounced, and without comment, set to work. The roofing and siding crews were large with the siding crew consisting of 12 men who descended on my home at 8am and began tearing siding off my house that was such a massive disruption I was forced to end an online meeting I was involved in before they cut my internet and I was no longer able to work at all. The roofing crew marred gutters that were not going to be replaced. The siding crew marred work the roofing crew completed. The gutter crew got in a huge fight while they were here and I thought I was going to have to call the cops. There were particulars about the job unique to my situation that the salesman knew about but failed to communicate to the crew and when I tried to share with the crew was stonewalled because NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. When I tried to get resolution for the lingering issues, I was met with indifference and such a complete lack of concern that I felt like I was getting punked. This company is a horrendous joke. Their salesmen get paid very well and once they get paid, they're gone. How a company like this continues to exist is beyond me.Review fromSamantha R

I only gave one star, because zero is not an option. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. From the beginning, very unorganized, an emergency tarp for a leaking roof took a week to get, that was in May. Then, I was passed through three different **** before someone would finally assist me. I was repeatedly told "the back office will fight for every *****", yet I had to send the insurance the invoices for the tarp and permits, as they never did. To make it worse, once the job was completed, they tried telling me that I owed them another $11k, which was wrong, and it took over 2+ months to get corrected. My insurance agent and I called, sent emails and was completely ignored, yet the threatening texts about an account past due and liens, when I was waiting for them to correct the invoice and send the finalized details to the insurance. Once they finally did, my insurance reviewed it and I just received the check from them a week ago (11/23). I am also dealing with my mother in the *** and informed them that I am doing my best to balance all things, but then they send someone else after me, *****, who basically spoke to me like I am some sort of pathetic individual, that is beneath him, when all I asked was to allow me to pay the last remaining $1000 over a few months. You thought I asked for a kidney or something, just the most disgusting experience I have ever had with a vendor. I do not recommend them and if they would like to think or suggest I am exaggerating at all, well I am currently a law student and documented every last piece of communication, attempt at communication and snarky emails back from this vendor to prove it.AmeriPro Roofing

1 starI would not recommend this company to my worse enemy, I don't want to give them a star AT ALL because they don't deserve one. This company is VERY unorganized, VERY unprofessional and only rips people and insurance companies off. It's been the absolute WORSE experience my husband and I have been through. Our roof was completed in Sept after signing a "contact" in July, Here it is now the middle of November and they are still trying to get money from my insurance company for supplemental material after confirming they had all the material needed to complete the job. Never once were we ever notified in writing or verbally that extra material was needed. This company has been h*** since day 1 and I would NEVER EVER, EVER recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING. If I could turn back time I definitely would had sent them on their way, when they came to my door. **** RIP OFF!!! I can't wait to be done with this company for good. First, the claimed they couldn't give us a estimated quote because it was a insurance claim but it's funny how other company's do. Then, they wanted to charge us ANOTHER deductible after paying our deductible to the insurance (which we did not do) after that it was the run around until our material was delivered. The Sale person came and confirmed with the roofers that all material was there. Nothing was said about needing anything else. Then roof was completed and they said they would be back in 2 weeks to check our roof and collect the last payment. We haven't seen anyone checking the roof but they came and got the last payment. Now 3 **** later they are going back to our insurance company to get more money after telling us and signing a receipt we were paid in full. Now they are wanting more money.. 1 starBe very very careful if you plan to work with this contractor. Every person I have personally worked with regarding my homes roof and siding has been untrustworthy. Starting with the sales *** that decided to pick the siding and roof color without giving me an option and suddenly all materials started to arrive as well as contractors with no notice. The sales *** stated that the original document was simply to give him permission to work with my insurance and we would further discuss options when the project was approved. That never happened and now I'm told that I chose colors on day 1 when we didn't even know if insurance was covering it. Fast forward to the siding, not only did the quality control *** promise to work with me and adjust pricing accordingly due to the extremely poor workmanship and bad experience, she also promised to send a different crew. That never happened. The project manager came out a second time and confirmed with a message that he was opening a quality control ticket. I tried to follow up days later with no response. To my surprise i started to receive calls and emails regarding collections and a lien warning on my home stating that there is nothing wrong with my siding. I was told if I wanted help that I would have to come out of pocket to hire a home inspector to essentially prove their workmanship was not done as recommended. Not only did I hire an inspector, I also hired a contractor to look over the work and both have stated that it was done very poorly and sloppy which will not withstand severe weather. My garage door trim is already coming apart. This has caused me major stress and worry so I recommend not signing anything unless you are *****% sure you trust them and are willing to allow them to work on your home. I also recommend staying on site to observe and inspect that the project is not rushed and that they respect your home, unlike mine where their lunch garbage as well as excess nails were left throughout my yard.Review fromCynthia M

I'm very upset. Previously talked to Dameion Rutledge from AmeriPro who said my deductible would be worked into a zero out of pocket, and since then because of changes I decided not to get the gutters and down spouts and he said I would get $1,000 back but I keep getting notices and calls and say I have to get a loan of $1,000 to pay this, and the person I talked to would not listen to me and said I Would have go out and apply get a loan. I do have a letter signed by Dameion that I would get $1,000 back. If needed I can copy the letter and send it in, I'm not adapt with computer/phone to add it, I have in on my phone a photo but don't know how to attach it.AmeriPro Roofing

AmeriPro spoke with Ms. Maze's insurance company who will be reaching out to the insured to explain the funding. AmeriPro representatives have also called to explain the billing concern and the insured will be receiving more funding per their claim.

Hector Alvarado was an amazing salesman. His customer service was impeccable and he really went above and beyond answering any questions I had and he was excellent at getting back to me in his already busy schedule. I give Mr. Alvarado 5 stars. However this review is for him and him only and not for the company or the crew that's been to our home 4 times and 6 weeks later has yet to properly finish my roof.AmeriPro Roofing
