If I could do a negative 10 star review for these people I would. They are nothing but crooks and liars. Please do not go here. They double booked my appointment time and left me sitting in a room for over an hour. I had to leave to go to work. They refused to refund my copay. Ive called them many times to resolve this issue. They have repeatedly lied and said the check would be sent out. They also repeatedly hung up on me. They cancelled my appointment multiple times when I was already almost to their location, And they charged me missed appointment fees for it.

Went to this clinic 9/2022 for what I thought was a scan of my legs that I previously had injected for varicose veins but was just a 5 min appointment to talk about my legs. Nurse ( if you want to call her that) didnt seem to know what to do or that I had previously been to that clinic multiple times for both varicose and spider vein treatments. I was billed $75 for a useless appointment. I sent them my insurance information and they said they didnt cover it. I didnt put up a fight so I paid it. 3 months went by I got another Bill in the Mail for $75 I called and they said there was no record of me paying the ********** explained I paid it. I ended up paying it again. Now 14 months later literally over a year since I was at that place I get an invoice that I owe $75 I was like are you kidding me. I tried calling multiple times. Each person transferred me until I got to billing where I was disconnected twice then the third time he looked up my name and said he sees a balance of $63 I was like that doesnt even match what is in my account/ on the invoice. Then he hung up. This place is the biggest scam ever since vein clinics of America sold it to USA vein clinic. Do not go to this place! Terrible!

The doctor and ultrasound tech are amazing. The scheduling and extremely long wait times at appointments are ridiculous. They are always running at least ***** minutes behind schedule. they can't seem to keep medical assistants and there is never a receptionist at the front desk. Constant turnover with new staff at every appointment. Assistants are grumpy, The billing department is difficult to work with, and can't figure out how to get me a report of all of my payments this year. If I was not so far along in my process I would go to another provider. Not recommended.

The clinic in ******* **: I was seen by the clinic and a scan was done. The Doctor was busy and I never saw him nor did he call me to discuss my case. My case was handled by the technician. I have now received a bill for the scan and an office visit. I have asked twice for the medical record to be released to me and was told I would get it ASAP; it has been one month and nothing except a new bill. I have explained to the billing and the medical department that I will pay my bill when they release my records to me, but I will not pay a bill for a doctor I did not see.Customer Service DOES NOT LISTEN and will not allow me to speak with a supervisor. They simply repeat a script that does not apply to my situation.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS I would leave a review of zero stars if that was an option.

USA vein clinic keeps billing my credit card even though I hav not been there for Almost half a year. I call and they hang up. NO explanation or a statement. Staff ARE NOT friendly and the nurse is awful

I have had horrible experience with scheduling with Vein clinics of America! They have canceled appointments without my knowledge and have moved appointments and never contacted me! I went in for a procedure and was told that the Dr was over booked and that there would be a hour and half wait before I would be seen! I have since contacted another Physician and scheduled with another facility for my procedure. DO NOT USE VEIN CLINICS OF AMERICA!!

Every since the sale of Vein Clinics of America to *** clinics groups it has been a nightmare! I had a procedure done in January 2023 with the best doctor and now it is June 2023 and I have had 4 cancelled or rescheduled and cancelled of rescheduled appointments. I cant even call the office it has to go through an 800# that are rude and not helpful. Sadly I loved my doctor but because of the horrible service and the fact that I can not get in with my doctor I am moving to a new clinic! If you are new go somewhere else stay away!

I went to this VCA for vein treatment. They inject a solution for treatment and never were able to share the ingredients of the solution even though I specifically said I had many allergies. My legs swelled after each of three treatments, but the varicose veins went away. By the time I was ready to have spider veins treated they were sold to USA Vein. I realize this treatment is cosmetic and out of pocket, but after two horrible attempts at scheduling the treatments they are saying they have only one office that can do this procedure because they fired all of the nurses who are trained for this. If I could give their doctor and this company zero stars I would. I have moved on to a trained physician who has his own singular practice and am finally getting the treatment I requested in the first place. DO NOT schedule with this company.

My name is *********************** this company took me as a client knowing that they were goons go under a new name . It started off wonderful then as I got to the cosmetic park I had no nurse to complete my procedure. They rescheduled me several times. . After about a month I never heard from them again so called to find out they have a new business name & new doctors. I then tried to complete my cosmetic part of my veins only to get they *** treatment reschedule because it was no doctor . I ask for my refund because I paid in advance. I was told it will be sent in January it is know *************** are saying they dont have a refund in there documents . Im furious I thought my legs would be beautiful by ************* I am with unfinished work. Beware consumers it ant what it promises.

The *********** of America in *********** ** has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my *************************************************************************** four different times in two weeks time, they, not me, rescheduled 4 different times! After the fourth time scheduling I showed up for my 9:00 am appointment only to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one showed up for work in the office. The *********** texted me and emailed me that same morning to remind me of my 9:00 am appointment. I called to the main office in ******** and they told me that that office was closed that day. I called and talked to three different representatives and asked to speak to a supervisor and all three told me that they would have one to call me back, never happened! So I only gave one star because they don't give you a opinion to leave 0 stars. I do not recommend this business to anyone, don't take my word only, look at all the one star reviews!
