      On 6/24/24 I ordered a *************************** and pillow shams. I received this on 7/3/24 and the pillow shams do not match the bedspread. I called customer service and they said there were two options: 1) use their return label and they would deduct ***** from my refund (along with the original 6.50 I paid for shipping) or 2) send back at my own expense (still would deduct the original 6.50) I talked with a supervisor and told her this was not my fault they sent items that do not match! She was not sympathetic at all kept saying the same thing. I asked her if she were the customer would she accept something that did not match? She went right back to the word track of there are 2 options. As a customer I trusted this company and they failed miserably. So now I am out ***** plus the original 6.50 I paid for shipping on an order that this company sent that does not match! I am 71 on social security and have never in my life had such terrible customer service. They make money off of customers by doing this. There is no way I could put this on my bed with them not matching. It is terrible! It's not so much about the money now but the principle that this company scams people this way.

      I was ordering and before I could decide I accidentally send it seeing that I had made a mistake I immediately call gave her the order number explaining I was not ready to finish ordering and she told me that the order had not reach there computer yet so she was not able to cancel it . But that I could call back later and that they would be able to cancel it . So I did call back and the lady told me she was not able to cancel it . I told her I had call at 5:44 pm to cancel but she told me to call back now she telling she cant Why it have not been ship or anything I had just placed it but again No . That is contradicting what I was told and I had just placed it . Why make it hard and upset customer I been a customer for a long time and will not ever order again from a company that wants to cheat a customer !!!!

      I never ordered anything from this company. I have a charge on my credit card and I don't know how they got it. I have closed my account. There is no way to reach them and my credit card company says they have to close my account because this is fraud. I would like the money back that they have fraudulently taken.

      Thank you for contacting Collections Etc.  Our records indicate an order was placed the consumer on our website on 6/27/24.  This is order# ******** containing item# *****, ROCK GROUP GUITAR TEE in a black extra-large.  The merchandise total was $21.99, tax was $1.56 and processing fee of $3.99. Please note shipping was not charged on the order because a promotional email offer was used at the time of the order. A promotional email offer is an email that is sent to the customer with an offer of some type and a link to click through to receive the offer which takes the customer directly to our website and attaches a specific code.  The billing name, address, phone number and email address that was provided at the time of order matches the information given in this BBB complaint.  This item was shipped to a different address. Please note an email order confirmation was sent to the email address provided on 6/27/24 as well.  If the customer is still advising that this order was not placed by them we recommend them to please reach out to their financial institution directly for further assistance.

      They thought they could just charge monthly fee and no one would notice . I bought 2 Father's day knife sets and check d out the next few days the came the next week came and they charged me ***** when I went to look it up it was a fee for premium membership. I didn't sign up for premium membership

      I am rejecting this response because: I want a refund period...***** agreed not was it wrote anywhere with a membership. I literally order for my grandmother through y'all every other week and you e never tried to sneak this mess she's ordered over thousand of dollars and I order one time and you try to charge a membership. There's no fault on my part I seen you were offering it on the front of your website it should not have automatically enrolled me

      Thank you for contacting Collections Etc.  We offer a 100% unconditional guarantee within 60 days from the date of purchase and must be contacted within that timeframe.  This is something that is stated in our catalog on the order form itself as well as on our website in the frequently asked questions area. Our records show the order exceeds the 60 day timeframe. Which is why the request was denied. In terms of sharing manufacture information, at the request of our vendors we have been asked to not share their information. Regarding providing parts, Collections Etc does not have a parts department to send missing pieces of products.  As a one time gesture, we are refunding for the product in full including tax for $53.99 without its return and past our guarantee timeframe.

      Collections Order Number ******** Placed Date: 6/13/2024 Order Status: Order Shipped Sent 6/14/24 8:00 pm On my order placed on 6/13/24, #******** with the original total of$52.45 and then PayPal notified me, not Collectionsetc, that an additional second charge amount of ***** was added to the original charge because they failed to include shipping and handling in the original charge without informing me that there would be a second charge, making the final total $75.24. I called Collections and was on the line for 1 hour plus. No one got back to me as to why this charge was added after the fact. I called 3 times and was hung up on 2 of those calls. Im very displeased with the lack of customer service. If PayPal had not informed me, I wouldn't have known about the added charge!

We apologize for the confusion.  PayPal is a third party website that has limited connection to our operating system.  This means, PayPal only receives the current merchandise total prior to any promotional discounts.  Our website fully connects to our operating system with the checkout button is pushed. This information is listed by PayPal at the bottom of the screen after entering into PayPal and states "The merchant has requested an authorization for this payment, and the final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order." Our records indicate your order total is $75.54.  This includes $52.45 in merchandise, $10.99 shipping, $5.60 sales tax and $6.50 processing fee.  We appreciate the opportunity to service your purchasing needs.

      Placed order to Collections Etc. March 09, 2024. for a Butterfly ******* Table Topper. Order number ********. Was to have shipped on March 12, along with a Patriot Tree. Never received the table topper. I was told I would get credit which I gladly would have purchased something else. After numerous contacts with company I have not yet received my credit.       Every month since 2019 this company removed $15.94 from my account without my knowledge. I am 84 years old and I did not realize this was happening. My granddaughter brought it to my attention today.

      I am rejecting this response because: in thew first place they did not say this when i ordered it and i payed for 3 to 5 day for it to get to me witch it did not *** show up after ten days and told them i did not wish and return it to be returned to sender. I never touch it and it has been returned on the 22nd of may. When i called a person said to me it would be return when they got it back so there for i was lied to twice a boss told me they do not take returns witch it doe's not say anywhere on there catalog there for who ever told you this BBB is a lied.
