I HAVE CONTACTED THEM THREE TIMES VIA THEIR COMPLINT FORM ABOUT THE MISSING **** WITHOUT A RESPONSE. THE ***** OF THE **** WAS $17.00. I WANT THE **** AND WOULD APPRECIATE HELP WITH GETTING A RESPONSE ABOUT WHY THE **** WAS NOT SHIPPPED AND WHY THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY.

      Approximately 6 months ago I made a purchase with Collections Etc. Every month since then $14.95 has been taken out of my checking account. I've made several attempts contacting them letting them know I NEVER agreed to a Premier Saving account. I'm demanding a refund of everything they took from my checking account.

      On 1-5-21 customer placed an order and choose to try out the *************** program for a month.  A packet was sent along with item and customer needed to cancel the savings club at the end of the month.  Customer did not cancel the plan.  I have attached a letter for the customer to follow to cancel program.  ************************ must ask them to refund all monies from previous months and they will comply.  Thank you.

Every time I try calling the business they give the run around, first I was told it was on back order, then I was told I would have it on 6/11/21 still nothing.       I have investigated ********************** complaint and found that we issued a ***** refund check to ****************** on 1-12-21 but it appears it was not cashed.  Therefore I am reissuing the check which will be mailed on 8-31-21.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you.

      i returned 4 items for refund on 7-19-21 and collections etc says they received in warehouse 8-5. called 8-7 **** **** and 8-20..every time i am told will be 3 to 5 days for refund. today 8-20-21 was told for the 1st time that refund was stuck in system and has been from the start and now will take **** days for refund.

      Was sent a order that was back ordered, tried to cancel but said they couldn’t, they charged my credit card, I returned the order and haven’t received my refund. Have called over 5 times get the same response, it be done by ? Nothing has been done. Each time called was told same reply. Payment on charge card coming due. It’s been a month since order was returned no refund!

      I made a purchase from this company in early 2021. I paid for the purchase with my American Express card. I received the merchandise. In the Spring, I tried to make another purchase online. I thought the purchase went through. However, I discovered shortly after that Collections Etc would not ship the new items because my earlier 2021 purchase was not paid for. I contacted American Express to investigate. After my earlier 2021 purchase, someone tried to make an unauthorized purchase with my account number, so American Express closed that account and issued me a new card with a different account number. This is why the earlier purchase from Collections Etc was not yet paid for. Using my new account number, American Express paid the amount owed in April 2021. I ended up canceling my denied purchase until everything was settled. On June 14, 2021, I tried to make a brand new purchase from Collections Etc. using my new American Express account number. This purchase was denied.
