Very pleased with how my bookshelves and guest closet turned out. The design of both were executed exactly as I had envisioned. Professional and courteous service was provided from start to finish. I look forward to completing future projects with Closet Factory.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Because of the designer I worked with I had to alter the designed system after the payment had been made and right before the production stage as the color was not available in the needed size. Asked my designer to make certain changes three times and she did not do that, so I refused working with her. Plus she left 30inch length for shirts - shirts would not fit into 30 inches long space, completely unprofessional. As we removed an expensive accessory the price should have been adjusted but a manager 'conveniently' forgot. After I reminded she said that a refund would be issued. Over a month and two inquiries with ****** (****** recommends that company) and still no refund just phony promises that the refund will be made by an end of a week.Closet Factory Chicago North
