      They can't do a refund, its been going on 45 days and I had to notify ****. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE NOT BBB.....HMMMMMM.....JS.....

      Ordered a set of Brake pads for the Front and Rear of the vehicle. I was sent only the Rear Pads. As I had also requested previously to cancel the order all together. Stay away from this company. Not worth the headache.

      You ordered your brake pads on Oct 25 and both the front and rear pads shipped that same day, before the order could be canceled. They shipped from separate locations. The rear pads were delivered on Oct. 27 (Sunday) by ****** The front pads are enroute via *** and are expected to be delivered tomorrow, Oct. 30.

      Auto Accessories Garage has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was thinking about buying a sun shade and the one I wanted was out of stock so I asked ***** if he knew when they'd be back in stock. Just a very dry and unfriendly response. So I closed the chat and went about my day until I noticed a bank account transaction for Auto Accessories garage that I did not approve of. Idk if ***** pushed it through just to be like that or if that's even possible for him to do but I started a new chat with ***** and told him what happened and all he said was "your name is not on any orders" and "just dispute it with your bank" and then closes the chat on me. Absolutely awful customer service and I was sure to tell them that. And If that is even possible for them to push through that transaction that should be illegal and they should be fired 100%. Terrible. By the way I've never been one to leave reviews if that tells you anything.

      We are confused about your issue. The only order we have for you this year was 5 months ago, for a sun shade for your 2018 Mustang, which you paid for via ******* We do not have any orders and no financial activity since then. With ****** it is impossible for a merchant to charge anything to a payPal user without the user's consent. The user must accept any payment requests from a merchant before the ****** account is charged.We have reviewed your chats with ***** and *****. You chatted ***** with "I'm wanting to purchase a sun shade with part number NF-BM-901-P. Any idea when it might be back in stock? Can't find it anywhwere and don't want to spend $90 on a sun shade". ***** responded with "No we do not know when they will be available again". While this was not the information you wanted to hear, it was true and correct. You then chatted with *****, asking to cancel an order. ***** then asked for your order number, which you could not provide, since no order was placed. When ***** could not find a recent order for you he advised you to contact your bank. We admit ***** could have been more customer-friendly, but like ***** his answers, while not what you wanted to hear, were true and correct.

      When it came to fulfilling my order this entity was very responsive and efficient. Upon filing a warranty issue with my Trident TR39508 ToughFold 2.0 Tonneau Cover however, things were not good. This truck bed cover was one of the highest rated covers in terms of weight capacity on top - 600lbs.When placing 145lbs. on top of cover - the 1st frame, the panel separated from the frame. I contacted Auto Accessores Garage to file a warranty claim. It took Auto Accessories Garage 6 weeks and multiple requests for photos to obtain a response from their vendor. The vendor responded that the 600lbs rating was to be "evenly distributed over the cover". This was not stated on Auto Accessories Garage web site upon purchase. Due to this lack of specifications on the Auto Accessories Garage web site, I find this unacceptable and would not recommend purchasing from Auto Accessories Garage or Trident Truck Accessories Regards,************************* numerous times over a 6 week period to provide them with all documentation requested I plasat 600lbs on the AutoAccessoriesGarage.com website: Product Details Bring a signature style and added protection to your truck with the Trident ToughFold 2.0 Tonneau Cover Heavy-duty Aluminum panels finished in a durable Black Powder Coat Integrated perimeter seals keep your cargo dry in inclement weather Easy-to-use tailgate clamps for ease of operation Drive in a closed or semi-opened position Carry up to 600 lbs. on top Backed by a 3-Year Warranty

      We are sorry you are having an issue with your tonneau cover.While it is true that the 600-lb weight rating for the cover is meant to be a distributed weight, such as a heavy snow or stack of plywood sheets, it can be inferred that each of the 3 panels of the cover should support 200-lbs.While the 200-lbs per panel should still be a distributed weight (not a person standing in one place on the cover), we understand how it can be confusing.Although the manufacturer has declined to honor the warranty, Auto Accessories Garage will honor your warranty request.An order for a new cover has been entered and will ship to you shortly. Please dispose of the damaged cover appropriately.

      Horrible customer service. The product that arrived was not the same as they had displayed on their site. I returned the product for a refund two months ago, and they have not refunded my money or replied to my emails.

      We are sorry you were not satisfied with your original purchase of a SmartLiner floor liner for your truck. At the time you contacted us to return the item, you stated you wanted to exchange it for a Weathertech floor liner at more than double the price of the original item.The Weathertech liner was shipped to you before you returned the original item, and your payment card was charged the price difference, including a restock fee on the original item and $38.91 for a return shipping label.In reviewing the return shipping cost at your request, we agreed to split the return shipping cost to you and issued a refund of $19.91. You have not mentioned the Weathertech floor liner, so we assume you are satisfied with that product.

      Totally unreliable business. Ordered my Truck bed cover, arrived damaged, and have been waiting since Nov 26th till now to receive a refund and shipping return instructions. They state "No-Hassle Returns" when in fact it's all a hassle. They keep making excuses that they are waiting on the manufacturer to resolve, but I bought from them not their manufacturer.Contacted my CC Company to dispute charge, and the ********************* and Veterans Groups so they can post not to do business with this unreliable outfit.

      we understand your frustration over the delay in getting replacement rails for your truck tonneau cover. As you can imagine the manufacturer is very busy during the holiday season and unfortunately, it has an affect on their ability to ship replacement parts quickly.Your replacement rails are scheduled to ship this coming Monday on Dec. 18, 2023. You have since asked to return the entire cover and if you choose to do so you certainly may. Our ************ is currently processing your return request.

      DON'T buy their products. Their products do NOT have the quality they promote. They have no credibility whatsoever. The description of their products is NOT related to that of the manufacturer. Representatives misguide customers when making a claim. The worst company for car products. They kept me waiting for a response for more than 3 weeks giving misleading information about the claim until the very last minute I contacted the warranty staff who were not aware of any claim until I called. They explained the details of the product that does not match what the seller is advertising in their public web page in terms of weight.

      You ordered a bed cover for your pickup truck and 4 months later asked for a replacement under warranty because you stood on one of the panels while washing your truck and the panel bucked and bent.The 3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover misuse or abuse.The 600-lb weight rating for the cover is for a distributed weight, such as stock of plywood sheets or a heavy snow. The cover is not designed to support an adult standing on a single panel. The manufacturer has denied your warranty request as the problem was not a manufacturing defect.

      I will never order from them again. I purchased a product that they said fit my vehicle. It did not fit, installer would not install it which is fine. Sent the product back and told them that it's the wrong part and I shouldn't have to pay the crazy 15% restocking fee and **** just argued with Mr about it. Now I'm stuck having to pay part of the cost of the product that isn't for my vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible website design, overall horrible company. Do not buy from them.

      We are sorry the Sway Bar you purchased for your pickup truck did not work with the aftermarket lift kit you had installed on the truck.The sway bar you ordered is designed to work with lift kits, but apparently the lift kit you purchased included a provision to enable the use of your stock sway bar, making the need for the item you purchased unnecessary.After reviewing all the information, we are refunding the restock fee and return shipping cost.
