Like **** said in half time show, I heard they like to sue so let me keep this 100% factual. Ill leave the customers to decide the nature of their business. I purchased a like new condition vacuum. First of all, the machine I received was covered in scratches and the parts does not match the any of the *** product pictures online. Im not a picky person so Id let that slide. After receiving the machine, I tested it for maybe 30 seconds and noticed the motorized head isnt spinning right. So I contacted this seller for support. They immediately said I can return. But at this point I thought maybe lets try *****, the manufacturer, directly. I heard they have good CS so maybe they will help. I contacted their CS, and they asked for serial number. Guess what, all serial numbers, yes all, are not on there. I tried all serial numbers locations that manufacture told me to check and none of them have the serial number sticker, even the ones thats hidden under the battery back. I showed pictures to the manufacturer and they said the stickers are tempered with because you can still the the remaining adhesive. At this point, Im pretty convinced that this might not be a legit product. But I still have hope in humanity so I contacted the seller again, explained that basically *** told me your machine doesnt have serial number and its kind of sketchy. They told me again, I can return this. And I did. But when they received the product, they charged me 100% on restocking fee. ironically, they said I didnt return the same product since serial number doesnt match their record.I did some research on their business and its seems like this is a common tactic how they handle this. they use the same excuse over and over again to all customers who run into issues with their product. Its like this guy has been the most successful unfortunate business in the world. Same bad things always happen to seller and customer is always trying to hurt their business.Good As New Electronics

Purchased a coffee maker from Good As New Electronics on ******. It didn't work so made arrangements to return it. They made me pay the $46.75 shipping even though the item did not work. They initially returned half the price of the coffee maker, charging me a 50% restocking fee. With ******'s help, they eventually returned the restocking fee but refused to reimburse me for the shipping cost, claiming that I returned the item damaged, which wasn't true at all. As you read other reviews, you'll see they run the same few scams repeatedly. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from them.Good As New Electronics

Purchased Shark Vertex, was sent much cheaper Rocket model with incompatible charger. Per Amazon process, contacted seller, who stated that the serial number of item returned was different than what was sent. Also that they reported the transaction to ******, and that I could pick up the item I returned at their location or provide a prepaid shipping label. Either they are totally incompetent or more likely as others have stated, they are intentionally committing fraud. The fact that ****** is still using them is very disappointing. I lost sleep over this, but ****** has provided a refund and stated that the communication from the vendor was unacceptable.Good As New Electronics

1 starDisgusting scammer. Sells you a broken product, then will allow you to return for a refund. However, after you ship the item back the seller will keep both the product AND the money. They will likely just resell the broken product to the next sucker. This company is deplorable. Luckily my credit card company will be getting me my money back, but that is no thanks to Good as NOTHING electronics or Amazon.Review fromAbid M

The seller Good As New Electronics is NOT reliable. I bought Shark S7001 mop via Amazon. I returned the same that I received, this seller is making lame excuses that the product has different serial number. They are definitely keeping improper/ incomplete record and later spin the truth intentionally to avoid refund.I sent them the pictures that I received and returned. This is very simple and obvious that how can I change the serial number of the same product? I read other customers same feedback about this seller who said the seller is replying the same that the product serial number is different, it seems the seller is use to do the same scam with customers. this seller must be investigated and buyers must be careful.Good As New Electronics

I ordered a Prime-shipped air fryer from Good as New Electronics on Amazon for Thanksgiving, but it arrived late. Returning it, I got only half refund due to restocking. ***************** particularly ***, blamed me for ordering so close to Thanksgiving, dismissing my concerns. 1 starI would never buy from these clowns!! They sent a shark that didnt even charge. Sent back..sent me a new one with missing parts! Only way to send me parts is fir give them serial number. Wow! Scammer! I wonder how many times he has resold the same faulty shark vacuum cleaner. Then when you return it he tries to keep all your money making bogus claims about the condition. Then if you press it you get a refund minus a $130 restocking fee! I spoke to Amazon and escalated the complaint. I had her check the BBB reviews and Amazon is investigating the seller. Amazon is a great company. I am surprised they didn't vet this vendor better. I'll check the vendor before I buy anything refurbished from Amazon again.Good As New Electronics

Pretty much the same issue as everyone else with their shark vacuum. It stopped working a week into using it and I returned it. They tried to scam me out of the full refund claiming The refund was processed based on the condition of the returned item / packaging, whatever that means. Luckily all you have to do it contact Amazon customer service directly and they refund the rest of the money you are owed.Good As New Electronics
