    I ordered a pair of shoes from Hike Footwear and they don't fit. I emailed them to request a return and they first sent an email offering me 30% refund and keep the shoes. I don't want the shoes, so I email them back that I simply want to return for refund, then I get an email back offering 50% off, again I send an email to return the shoes for refund, then I finally get the link to start the return and nothing. So I email them about when I will hear anything and she tells me it's been approved for return to click the return link provided, and start the return process again, and it will bring up instructions of how to return the item. I do that, and the page comes up with return instructions showing it's approved to return BUT under the Return To Hike Footwear the return address is a DASH. So I email them again showing them embedded in an email there is no address. And of course, they email me stating I only need to click the return button and follow the prompts with my order number for the address, flipping nightmare as it directs me to the same page with the DASH as the address. I've now emailed them AGAIN to try and get the freaking address. They are doing everything possible NOT TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!! ************* OF A COMPANY!!!!!!! All I ask is to return the shoes and get a refund. That's it. HELP!!!!!!!!!

    I emailed about a return. I was told I'd get a 1 time replacement, so I would need to be sure I used their measuring chart carefully. I wrote back asking what that meant...did it mean if the replacement shoes didn't fit, I couldn't return them? I wrote back 4 times. No response. I called customer service. I was told I could replace the new ones but would need to pay to ship them back if they don't fit. New ones were too small. I was told there would be no returns allowed. I called customer service. She said it's their policy to not allow returns twice. I asked her where in their return policy, which is printed on their website, does it say that. She admits it's not in the policy. I asked if that was legal and to speak to a supervisor numerous times. They gave the same story. I asked how it's legal that they have a policy that's not in their written policy. I asked to speak to her supervisor, or someone higher up than her. She said there is no one higher up.

    I ordered 2 pair of HIKE footwear from this business. Its now almost a month later and only 1 reply to email. I requested a refund since I have not even received the shoes. The only reply was for me to send them back (I do not have them) and when I stated if I ever did receive them I would simply refuse the shipment so the item would be sent back, I was told that I would need to pay for shipping - TO CHINA- COSTING APPROXIMATELY ***** per pair of shoes and that if I refused shipment, they would be returned to warehouse, immediately destroyed and I would not get my refund. As of this time I still do not have the shoes and have demanded a refund plenty of times with no reply!

    I purchased 3 pair of shoes from Hike in Nov. 2024, hoping for delivery by Dec. I received a message the package was delivered and immediately went outside to retrieve it, there was no package. I contacted Hike in dec. 2024 and have had numerous back and forth emails with them. they tried to require me to prove I didn't' get the package which was ridiculous. no picture of the package on my porch exists. I have contacted them numerous times and they continue to tell me they are working on it yet I have not reci3ved either a reorder of the 3 pair of shoes I ordered or a refund.

    I purchased these shoes on line for $49.99 on 12/08/2024 and was charged $68.77 on my credit card. I received the shoes on December 30. I tried the shoes on and they were very uncomfortable and not good quality. I contacted the company right away for a refund. Hike Footwear website states "30-day money back guarantee." They offered me a 30% refund to keep them or I could exchange them for another pair. They should be made to state this clearly that they don't accept returns so you know what you're in for as a consumer. Customer support stopped communicating when I said this practice was unacceptable and I was going to file a complaint.

    I purchased winter boots from this company that were advertised as warm and protective. Other boots on their site said waterproof, which I thought these did. I wore them in the slush one time and my feet were absolutely soaked and it took hours to get them warm. I emailed the company about my dissatisfaction and the only thing they would offer was to send me another pair. Several emails have gone back and forth two of their replies had to do with making sure that I had the right size. One of their emails told me that the model that I chose was out of stock even though their website shows that they had stock. Since emailing them they have begun a permotion stating that they would send your money back and you wouldn't even have to send the product back. I sent a link to that advertisement and they offered me a 30% refund or another pair. In another email they offered me a 50% refund. I had explained that I didn't want another pair, but if it was only recourse I would get my son-in-law a pair. I have tried several times to get my son-in-law that correct size and their sizing is extremely difficult and different for each different model of shoe. I just emailed them again with a new choice of shoe and they came back with a different size chart than what their website shows. This company has caused me my son-in-law in my daughter all to have very large headaches several times! I would be happy to provide all of the emails and screenshots of the different information

    I made an order on October 06th 2024, through Hike Footwear webpage where clearly mentioned the following: Despite the high demand, your order should usually arrive within 8-14 working days after we have received your payment. Which obviously is a completely lie, after the promised period of time transited we did not receive the product until October 25th. Previously contacted customer services informing that we don't need the product anymore since we were planning a trip where we supposedly will use the product but since never arrived, we no longer needed. ******** services in a very rude way informed that we need to wait until the product arrives and only then we will be able to returned, after we received the product which was damage and with sizes all wrong in a damage package, we contact customer services again to request them return label for the product, however they were refusing to provide that information, instead they offered us "discounts" if we keep the product. We explained ***** from customer services that the product wasn't correct so we don't need it, she refuses again and mentioned that we should donate it. After multiple back and forth emails, she provided with the return information however they wanted to charge us for the postage costs although on their return policies clearly mentioning that if the package or product is damage or wrongly sized, they will take care of the postage costs. Additionally we paid 3 extra dollars for insurance in case of any issue, **** again it is completely false. Unfortunately they don't want be responsible for what they are offering scamming the customers with false information.

    This was suppose to be money back guarantee. I seem to be getting the run around about getting money back

    I purchased a pair of hiking boots on 10/14/24. I received them on 10/23 and emailed the company they did not fit and needed to return, I have not heard back from them, emails I"ve sent have been returned to me marked undeliverable. I 've called twice and waited on hold for 10 minutes and 15 minutes before hanging up. I will dispute the charge on my credit card if i don't receive the return label. I want a refund.

    I ordered Hike shoes on July 23, 2024. They arrived 8/5 and the size was way too big and there was not enough support for my feet. I immediately sent an email requesting refund information. I sent emails 8/5 and 8/6, 8/24 and 8/25, 8/29 and 8/30. Today I got a response offering partial refund and I could keep the shoes or exchange them. I explained I just wanted to return them. They offered again for me to keep them or go to their website for refund. Now it is past the refund window. I explained I had been emailing since the shoes came in and they had offered exchange but now they are not willing to do anything.
