  Worst company, didnt accept my return/refund, even tho I did it right after I received my order. The customer service is horrible, wish I had checked here before ordering. What everyone has stated is absolutely true. What a horrible despicable company, shoes were horrible and cheaply made, I was offered first a 30% refund then 50%, how is that a 30 100% this place is despicably horrible, I will tell all I know to stay away from this awful stealing company. Shame on you all for such false advertising and stealing from decent people. I hope the BBB goes after you for all youve done. Thank you for your time. ***** C

  Absolutely the worse CS and deceptive advertising.I bought a BOGO of the Caspar Pro and they were too bulky and a trop hazard for me at 74. I asked for a return/refund and the ********* started. 2 weeks of back and forth in which they refused 100% refund. They refused me sending the shoes back. Offered only 35% refund...then 50% then 100% minus return costs. In the end my shoes cost ****** and they refunded ***** and refuse to take the shoes back. This company should be shut down/fined or someone needs to file a class action suit against them. The WHOLE problem with HIKES FOOTWEAR is their customer service/not answering the phones and stealing money from people by deception. BUYER BEWARE!

  hike advertises that they honor all returns within 30 days. i purchased a pair of their shoes. the sizing is way off (they are a ***************** they would fall off of my feet within 30 feet of walking. or less. i requested a return (by email. they don't answer the phone.) they have a process to go through that entails 4 different emails. when the last came through, they give you a "RMA" number to file. it is 19 #'s long. they ask why you are returning the shoes. i said, "they are too small." they attempt to discourage returns in their emails ("not environmentally sound"). then, finally, without explanation, the final email says, "non-returnable." ****. chinese scam. i paid $91 dollars for these shoes plus an insert. and they fall off of your feet walking around the house. nightmare scam business. why are they non-retunable? you will never know. you are just out $91. art m.

  Does not refund purchases. Offers only 30%. Very difficult to complete the return process. Would avoid this company at all cost.
