  Seeking dependability for our declining years, on 5/27/06 we accepted the Abt salesman's recommendation to buy ***** Dishwashers despite ******* *F* BBB rating which we did know of at the time. We bought two. It has been a recurring nightmare. After each 18 to 24 months the dishwashers break down. After ***** acknowledged that the problem is its defectively designed water intake hose/valve, they or Abt offered to replace them with two non-defective dishwashers as an alternative to replacing the hose/valves each time they broke down. Having used them for a few years we did not opt for new washers but accepted the offer of hose/valve replacements when they broke down. They replaced the hose/valves satisfactorily through a few breakdown cycles but began complaining. ***** eventually abandoned all responsibility, confirming its F rating. On 11/29/23, with no alternative, we paid Abt $196.98 to install two more hoses in the hope of getting another 18 to 24 months of use. One broke down about last January and the second one last June. After much evasion, Abt insisted and, with no choice, we agreed to pay nearly $400 to, yet again, put the dishwashers into working order. On 7/27/25 Abt's repairman arrived and left exactly thirty minutes later, having charged our credit card $192.99, and claiming an additional balance due of $192.99; all after leaving both dishwashers inoperative. The dishwashers have had extremely light usage. My wife and I are alone and in our 87th and 90th years, respectively. The nightmare of our Abt purchase continues even more intensively. One Abt employee with ethics is no longer available to us.

  This customer has units that ar 19 years old, and far outside of warranty. The Mfr, had covered his parts for a period of time well outside of warranty and is no longer covering the parts. We have been providing repair service at half price labor and passing along the parts needed at our cost. We have also offered to sell the customer new dishwashers at cost, and waive install fees, which he has declined. We have done everything we can to help this customer.

  Bought a ******* refrigerator with extended warranty, temperature in fridge goes from 20 degrees to 70 degrees, several service calls and technicians out twice and still no remedy!

  I am very sorry for the delay, we have been waiting for a part from the mfr needed to complete the repair. It will be arriving tomorrow 7/25. We tried calling to schedule repair and are awaiting a return call.

  I'm old. I've dealt with a lot of service providers. The entire Abt experience is simply amazing. The delivery / installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, the two men worked extremely well together and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressive. I will definitely buy from Abt again.

  Everything was perfect. was able to get the Breville Joule smart oven with the $100 dollar factory discount, no other seller of the oven provided the discount . probably due to ***** -US tariffs escalations.

  My new washer was priced competitively, and available rapidly.
  Delivery was ON TIME ( a touch early, in fact ) and more importantly, NOT first thing in the morning.
  Installation went smoothly; the team knew their tasks well, and proceeded efficiently.
  I also want to encourage the continued use of texting to let me know the delivery time; that was great, as was the link to the tracking web page, which was very satisfying; I liked knowing when the truck would arrive, so I could move my car to give the delivery team a shorter walk to my door.

  The second crew that arrived on April 18 2025 to Install my A/C was very professional. They used a blanket to protect my floor and they vacuumed the A/C sleeve and cleaned up the area after the install was complete. Very professional crew.

  Ordering the washer online was easy. Setting up delivery was the same. On the day of delivery they called before so I was ready. The delivery men were professional and got my washer up to my 3rd floor with no scratches to the machine or my walls. Install went smoothly and they tested the machine. Very good
