On March 21, 2024 I agreed to let RS Five LLC and ********************* help process on claim for my leaking rook. On 11 April 2024 I was informed by my insurance company, ***********, that ********************* Had their License canceled with the ************* of Insurance. This caused a delay. Then my insurance company found that the damage to my roof was not of natural causes and I filed a police report for Vandelism. And had to place a 2nd claim. Since I knew that I did not cause the damage I no longer felt comfortable with RS Five LLC completeing the work. RS Five and ********************* received a check from my insurance for $1,394.98 that clearly showed that 3 signatures were required to cash and cashed it without mine or my husband's signature and had not completed any work

    Dear Ms. ********* *****,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We truly value the opportunity to address this matter with you and want to ensure we reach a resolution that you feel comfortable with.
First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this situation has caused. My intention has always been to work in your best interest and to help navigate your claim as smoothly as possible. I was awaiting your response to my previous email and am more than happy to refund the cashed check.
Regarding the check, as outlined in the agreement you signed, you had agreed to the endorsement process. However, I understand that this may not have been entirely clear, so I will include a copy of that agreement for your reference. My goal has never been to cause any inconvenience but rather to ensure the claim was processed properly.
Our concern is that a false police report may have been filed and that the insurance representative who made the determination about the cause of damage does not have the qualifications or real-world experience to accurately assess the situation. Based on our extensive documentation and industry certifications, we stand firmly behind our assessment that this was storm damage. We have the factual proof to support this conclusion and are confident in the validity of our findings. Our team worked diligently to present your case with the proper supporting evidence, and we take our professional integrity very seriously.
Additionally, regarding the public adjuster license status, the license was never canceled but was temporarily on hold while awaiting approval for a new required contractsomething the ******************************** had not yet communicated to us. I sincerely regret any delays or concerns this may have caused.
I appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points, and I hope this helps address your concerns. Please let me know how youd like to proceed regarding the refund, and Id be happy to finalize that for you. Kindly provide me with the name of the payee for the check and the address where youd like it to be mailed.
Lastly, I would really appreciate it if you would consider removing your ****** review, as it contains statements regarding matters that we had permission to act on and can factually proveparticularly in regard to the storm damage. We have always acted in good faith and worked hard on your behalf, and I truly hope to resolve this matter amicably.
Thank you again for your time and patience. I look forward to your response.
    Best regards,
    ***** **********
