This place prays on peoples ignorance around dog/puppy care. We adopted 2 puppies a week ago and put one down today bc he had parvo. Had this test been done prior to us adopting, the puppy would more than likely have lived. By the time we adopted, it was too late. ********* brother) are now grieving the loss of our little guy and faced with a $9k bill from the animal hospital we took him to, to try and save him.

I adopted my dog in 2022 from wagging hearts. My dog had a broken leg when I adopted him. I was promised that they would take care of his vet **** when the cast got taken off. So I went and got it taken off. Two years later, I am made aware that this was never paid for by wagging hearts. I have tried contacting them many times and it is affecting my credit negatively. I have proof that they promised this and never paid for it. These people are so wrong, all they want is money and could care less about these dogs. Its disgusting.

I had nothing but a great experience with this organization. Adopted a puppy **** years ago. She just passed a week ago. Had **** healthy happy years. Will be going back to adopt our next pup from them when we are done grieving our lost family member.

I am writing this review in hopes to help anyone that is considering adopting from this organization. They pose as a rescue, and advocates for the animals they save, but its unfortunately not true. I feel that the director/owner is trying to make as much money as possible without considering the impact ********** has on the animals and the familys adopting them. She nor her associates have responded to my phone calls, contact us message page or email regarding a puppy I adopted on July 8. He was so sick by July 9, that he had to be admitted into emergency veterinary care. The cost now is well over $10,000. Thats right, not including the adoption fee. I have never been more disappointed and shocked by such poor and irresponsible behavior. I didnt know that by not researching the rescue, I would experience this level of failure on any organizations part when considering adoption through a rescue. After reading the reviews, I feel ashamed but also very sad for the pets they adopt out. They do not take care of these animals as they should. Luckily, we were blessed with a puppy that is a fighter. I hope that anyone considering adoption through their network, will find another rescue instead. A rescue that responds to the adopters, follows up on the pet for wellness checks and wants the pet to thrive in the homes and lives theyve been trusted into. I do not at all recommend this rescue. Shame on them for not doing better, being better.
