  This is regarding a medical transport for my mother in Oct 2022. We received a bill from NW Rescue 2/9/23 for $315 for run #**********. I called the billing office in ********** ** for detailed info about the transport. Due to privacy issues I was instructed to submit additional paperwork before details could be released. I emailed my mom's POA 2/22. I then emailed a completed Patient Authorization/HIPAA form 3/14. I called numerous times requesting more info from the initial ambulance run before we submitted payment. Each time I was told "it was forwarded to the mail run". My last phone call was 4/10 and to date I have yet to receive any more info other than bills. The reason I am requesting the specifics of this run is because there were 3 claims submitted to my mom's insurance from this company of which 2 were denied. Also, of the 3 claims, 2 were dated 10/4, one 10/5. And another medical transport also submitted a claim to her insurance for 10/5. I am refusing to pay NW Rescue on my mom's behalf until they can provide me with the details of her transport. I am sure the transport team were very diligent in their service, but their billing **** is far from helpful with their customer service.
