In their complaints, consumers allege that:
Consumers were charged additional fees, which were not mentioned prior to giving down payment, and increased the total amount due.
First Marshall Auto Auction failed to disclose their no money back policies to consumers.
Consumers were not allowed to test drive or inspect a car prior to purchase.
A recent review conducted on March, 19th 2018 found allegations to be continuing.

This may be in violation of Section 475.310 of the IL Administrative Rules on Motor Vehicle Advertising. In IL, advertised pricing can exclude only taxes, title, license and dealer documentary service fee.
In addition, onscreen text of First Marshall Auto Auction's TV commercials state “Plus T, L & F”. This may be in violation of Sections 475.250 and 475.310 of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Advertising Regulations.
