After thousands of dollars spent with this company the Installation failed and the basement still leaks!!! You contact them and never receive a response. The emergency number states that they will contact you within 24 hours and no response! You call back and you are told the technician will give you a call and you never receive it. You call back and then you are told they only have 1 service person and he will give you a call.Review from Armando O

This company was recommended by a trusted friend. After talking to **** and explaining my crawl space issue he came by, took a look and made his recommendations. Originally the project would have taken one day, but due to a request made by me it became a two days job. I would like to say I was very happy with the result. I would like to thank not only ****, but also the crew that did the job ****, **** and ****** they were very polite and were diligent in making sure no mud got on the carpet. Would I contact this company again I would say yes.Review from Steve W.

My husband and I were in major need of some basement repair from years of leaking problems. In our search, my husband came across B-Dry Solutions and we are so glad we did. The experience with **** from the very beginning was professional and honest. **** drafted the plan for the work to be done based on what we shared were our most problematic areas. He did not pressure us and had no one- day only saving gimmick. We scheduled for the crew to come out a few months later and the price didn't change. When the crew came, **** and ******* they were very polite and professional as well. Before starting the job they asked if we had any questions, explained what they were going to do, and even made sure we had earplugs to protect our ears from all the jackhammering they would be doing. They encouraged us to look at the work at the end of the day. They called each morning to let us know their ETA and if there were traffic concerns. They cleaned up the mess they made each day and took great care not to damage anything else in the basement. When we added extra work, knocking down a wall, they didn't seem bothered by it. We could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was working with B-Dry Solutions. We highly recommend you give them a call if you have a wet basement that needs work.Review from Martina B

We had a pipe break in our yard and flooded our basement. Our old sump pump did not work. I called the company on a icy Friday afternoon. **** from B Dry called early Monday morning and made us an appointment for the next day and gave us an approximate time of 9:30. On Tuesday at 8:45 am, we got a call from **** saying he was on the way and it would take him about 45 minutes to arrive. They arrived and installed the new pump in 20 minutes. The customer service we received from **** and B Dry and top notch. I highly recommend them.
