    After thousands of dollars spent with this company the Installation failed and the basement still leaks!!! You contact them and never receive a response. The emergency number states that they will contact you within 24 hours and no response! You call back and you are told the technician will give you a call and you never receive it. You call back and then you are told they only have 1 service person and he will give you a call.

    This company was recommended by a trusted friend. After talking to **** and explaining my crawl space issue he came by, took a look and made his recommendations. Originally the project would have taken one day, but due to a request made by me it became a two days job. I would like to say I was very happy with the result. I would like to thank not only ****, but also the crew that did the job ****, **** and ****** they were very polite and were diligent in making sure no mud got on the carpet. Would I contact this company again I would say yes.
