      For years I had a Sears Protection Agreement for some of my appliances. At renewal time last year I was told the plan I had for many years was no longer available and I would have to switch to their new plan. The new plan supposedly covers all of my appliances, however, each repair has a $100 deductible. I called for a repair on my microwave in early July. The technician told me the part needed to fix it is no longer available. He said I would be contacted by Sears within 72 hours to learn how this would be handled. Upon not hearing from anyone, I called to get status and was told I would have to let Sears send another technician to my home to give a second opinion. Low and behold, they sent the same technician out. He again provided Sears with the same pictures including the model and serial number. Once again, I heard nothing from Sears so I again called them. I then received an email from Sears (a very poorly written email, I thought it was a scam email) telling me they needed more information. I once again called customer service only to be told they needed the model and serial number. I was also told I would need to wait 5 to 7 business days to learn how Sears will handle getting my microwave fixed or replaced. In addition, I was told if they deem it unfixable I will be given a coupon to use at Sears.com for a replacement. This is totally unsatisfactory since Sears.com has no microwaves that will fit into my built in space. I requested twice to be contacted by a supervisor and after 3 days of waiting I do not think that call is coming.I am glad this protection plan I purchased was only for one year and it will expire in September of 2024. I will not renew or have any dealings with this company ever again. They should be put out of business.

      No stars, thank you.Between 7/1/24 and 7/13/24 I have ordered $409.88 worth of parts to repair the icemaker in a sears refrigerator. Received the 1st 2 orders. The 3rd was sent to my billing address in **. The shipping address is in ******, as plainly stated on the order.The parts do not fit and I am attempting to return all the parts. It has been impossible to speak to a competent representative. On the order placed on the 13th, there are 3 screws that do not fit anything but are said to be non returnable and cost $16.17 I am writing to ask for a full refund of all parts, totaling $409.88 Thank you ********************* Last order # C054862

      For a few years Sears Parts Direct has been sending me water filters for refrigerator city no issues. In June 2024 I was charged and received nothing. I called and asked why they didnt ship the goods.No one on the other end of the phone could speak decent English. What ended up happening in spite of my asking for a credit and a cancellation was a second charge placed on my account for even more money. Now I cant get through because theyve steady cancelled me out, but they have essentially stolen $125 from me. These people are thieves!!

      When I ordered the item it said in stock. They gave me an estimated delivery date of July 4th - July 5th. When I called they said oh the item is on back order. I never was advised of this until I didnt get the item. I called again and they kept telling me the same thing until I cancelled the order as I have not received the item. They issued a 10% credit the first time I called. When I cancelled the order they only refunded partially the amount I paid for the item.

      Placed an order on July 3rd with estimated arrival date of July 9th. With the holiday I expect to wait a couple extra days. Checked the status on July 12 and it hadn't even shipped. Called customer service and was no help pretty much informed me that it is showing processing and they do not know why it has not shipped yet. I was told nothing can be done I just have to wait. On July 15th still no movement I called them to cancel my order it was rediculous to be waiting so long for it to no even ship yet and no answers as to when it will ship. She said she would cancel my order and I still have not gotten an email that says it is canceled and my money is not back yet. I want my money back and nobody seems to know what is going on over there with my order. $9 dollars for shipping and it has been almost 3 weeks and it hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I want my money back. This is not how you do business, I want my money back and I will never make the mistake of ordering anything through you again!

      Worst company ever. They are thieves! I paid for my repair in June 1 and it was over *******. They wont send anyone to come fix it after I paid.

      Sears home service technician ordered a part on June 25 for my KitchenAid refrigerator. He scheduled a follow up appointment on July 15 to install the part. I paid $430.69 on June 25. I have made multiple calls to Sears trying to talk to someone, including the service technician who has not returned my calls, I cannot believe the level customer service in reaching a person to get my refund. I still do not have the refund. This is the worst experience ever.

      Horrible customer service with most calls going to *****, extensive time on Hold, routed numerous times and getting through after a long wait period to find out their system is down. I've had appointments reschedule and about 5 technicians come to change one part, still not working, change another part and now calling for service because it's still not working. Today I've been routed 3x to ***** and 1 in the **. Now I'm on hold for the 4th time to talk to someone in the Retention department. I need credit for going to the laundrymat for 2 months. My machine is still not working properly. I would lovebto cancel and get my monthly fee refunded. Warranty is not cheap and this is unacceptable. I pay every month and I paid $100 deductible! Ridiculous! A refund should be applied to my account!

      If there was a neg 0 Rating I would give it ....I need a resolution on this matter... I placed this order back in May to Sears home Services I have yet to receive the product or have yet to be contacted by Sears at all every week since June 10th 2024 I have contacted customer service to find out when I would receive my product and have it installed every time I have gotten conflicted stories first it wasn't in warehouse locally ... then it arrived but they need to have a local installer then can't find a installer and they would ship the microwave and reimburse for the installation fee... now they have n installer by the name of *****************************,Alay and they would contact me I have not heard from him or Sears.. so I give Sears a call back now its a different story the microwave is in warehouse locally and need to reschedule installation after I was told the Installer would contact me to Install the microwave Today July 19th 2024 so I said let me know where it is locally I can go pick it up and hire my own installer... DEAD SILENCE on the other end... I really can not believe this I just want my microwave I have been inconvenienced way too long... And I almost forgot yesterday received a phone call from Sears asking to renew my WARRANTY REALLY ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!! Sears has not resolved the original warranty and you want me to RENEW... Like I said before just ship me the microwave!!!!! I need this resolved

      Horrible customer service . Doesn't show up to appointments when scheduled . Reschedules appointments the morning of .Taking over a month on several trips to get close to fixing my refrigerator . Just overall disappointed how this company is still in business . I would not use this company for anything . Wish there was a zero star !
