            Date of transaction: 1/28/2022, Amount paid: $98.00, Maintenance of garage door, Dispute is as follows: We called ASAP garage doors, about one week prior to maintenance on garage door. A scam-artist (*************************) some how hacked into ASAP's computer system to se the appointment scheduling system. Than he called ASAP to cancel our appt. , and he showed up at the ************* instead. We paid him for work completed with a personal check #**** dated 1/28/2022, made payable to ASAP garage doors. This check was deposited on 2/11/2022 to a PNC bank. We did not know about this fraud until we contacted ASAP in person of 7/8/2022 at the *******, ** office, for repeat business.. At that time, my husband, ************************* was told that this scam artist did not work for them. This was told by ****** of ASAP garage doors.

            Terrible customer service response. **** replaced two broken springs in my garage door. The tech left and the door was crooked and very noisy. I called and the same tech came and when he left the problems were worse. ASAP will answer your calls but it impossible to reach management. I gave up and called *********************** Within two hours a "qualified tech was here and the problems were solved. I attempted to call ASAP with a courtesy call just to let them know that they may have an employee that needs trading. I explained to the phone person that my call was not to complain or ask for anything...just thought that someone should know. NO RESPONSE
