      Extremely unprofessional company. Threatened me the entire time I was on the phone trying to get documentation regarding a debt they said I owed but could not offer any specifics just a sheet that said I owed over $6100 but they are settling for $64.01? PLEASE! What a joke. This supposed debt was a for *************** policy by ***************** who are already some of the worst insurance companies out here but the policy was cancelled with 3 days still left on a balance that was already paid in full at the start of the policy and cancelled within the first month. When asked for further documentation the very rude associate from Brown and Joseph said she was going to put that I refused to pay the unsubstantiated debt and continued to threaten me with further action from the ************************** which would "affect future insurance quotes". These people are predatory and try to collect debt that doesn't exist. She kept reminding me I was on a recorded line which is great because I want that recording.

      Received a debt collection notification. The amount was for an unauthorized charge. My financial institution has no record of the amount stated in the letter. There is no financial documentation regarding the posting of the amount stated in the letter. My financial institution says they can't money that they have no record of financially. The lady would not listen to me when I called. She was adamant I owed them the amount stated in the letter. The company they are trying to collect for has no receipt containing my financial institution or address. The company they are trying to collect for also had no information of mine to contact me. Complete utter bs! A nightmare. Frauds.

      This company does not treat every person in a dignified and respectful manner, or most importantly within the bounds of legal and ethical standards. The rep that called me was extremely unprofessional and treating me with legal action. I simply wanted verification of the company, documentation supporting the debt owed as well as directions for a site or a email to make the suggested payment. The rep continued to quote the state law and give me a set timeline for payment. He caused severe mental anguish as I attempted to verify his information so that I can ensure he was not a scammer. One can not be expected to make a payment over the phone to an aggressive caller and not feel suspicious of the activity.

      I just received my second notice in the mail a claim settlement offer From this crooked company! Beware and don't fall for their shenanigans! Trying to say I owe $25,000 and they're gonna take my drivers license! Its quite comical, but just be careful!

      Worst place every its a scam they have take over **** from us and the prices keeps going up and they say a bunch of stuff that's not true do not pay these people.

      This company will annoy the **** out of you but when you call back to speak with someone all you get are endless voicemail boxes. Apparently ************************* is the only person that works there and she cant return a call. If I could give this company negative stars I would.

      I get a call from ********************* every month saying I owe a bill to ****** financial group for a business owners policy. Which I have never carried any insurance.I am a sole proprietorship and only me. I carry no insurance and owe no money on my business. This is nothing but a scam,

      I received a debt collection letter from this company for a well-known financial investment company (which I have no account or business affiliation with) called ********************** They claim they have communicated with me multiple times, blah blah blah.... and that they will have to add additional penalties if noncompliant within 48 hours, etc etc...As mentioned above, i have no account with the above financial company. This is a SCAM. And i will not respond to this agency. I suggest the same to everyone else.

      I have received 2 notices from Brown & Joseph regarding money I supposedly owe The Hartford. I switched insurance in June 2023 due to moving to a different state. I was required to pay ******** upfront for all my insurance and in speaking with a representative was told I would be due a refund. Now this company is telling me I owe $ ***** in collections. I tried to email them, but they do not have an email address. I called their office number, and they told me I would have to mail in my response or fax it to them. I do not see a fax number either. I don't owe The Hartford any money. This company needs to stop.

      Fraudulent company.... Very unprofessional reps. I called on a letter I received regarding an accident that occurred which I had no parts in 1st off and 2nd when the vehicle was presented to me I did not even nor ever own that vehicle. I tried to collect information such as vin # location of incident etc. and the reps will not provide me with anything. As a matter of fact, they stated they did not have no info besides my name and address but would research. Please do not fall for this scam and send any form of payment to this company. I have filed a lawsuit as well as emailed the attorney general in reference to this company.
